Stayed here two nights and was made to feel VERY welcome by the ladies at the front desk and they answered all my bike questions and really helped to make my stay more pleasant. Rooms are simple but clean and very well priced (in summer, don't know about winter). Bike room is small but still managed to fit quite a...

Booked an overnight stay here as part of a motorbike tour of Europe. Free parking over the road to the hotel which was secure. Great welcoming staff when we arrived who showed us up to our spacious room for the evening. We had a large veranda too which overlooked the beautiful surrounding fields, hills and mountains. Immaculate accommodation where we...

Our 4-person room was simple but functional. The beds were comfortable and our kids loved the room decor. :-) The bathroom was very small and in need of some maintenance but we stayed for 1 night only so it was fine. Breakfast was ok, but the selection was quite basic and there was not much space. The staff was very...

Stayed here for 4 nights end of March, my third visit to the hotel. Value for Swiss Francs compared to other hotels in the region. The rooms are quite decorated quite funky and gives it a unique sense of identity. There is a store room for keeping your boards and skis and also a boot room to dry your shoes...

Standard Swiss hotels don't vary a great deal, always very clean, well run, and pretty similar in style. To when it comes to booking a hotel using an aggregator such at Tripadvisor to look for the best price deals works brilliantly. This hotel is consistently the best deal, 50/100 CHF cheaper than other hotels in the area. The great thing...

I was skeptical when I booked the Arena Lodge, but the price differential more than made up for the stay. The location is absolutely perfect - right next to the Flims Gondola, and near several Sports Equipment shops and food. The accommodation got my friend 10% discount for ski rentals and the staff provided Arena Club entry vouchers... The bars...

I Have stayed at Arena quite a few times over the last few years - the good things stay the same and they make improvements every year too! New good things include: - newly refurbished budget rooms with bunk beds - comfortable, great use of space, plenty of storage - absolutely perfect for 2 budget conscious adults - much improved...

Had to stay here because of a work situation, not what I would choose for myself. The hotel is geared towards snowboarders - it's basic and there are no toiletries whatsoever, so if you forget anything, you're screwed. Surely, even snowboarders must need more than just a box of tissues! I stayed in one of the 'brand rooms' which was...

The key asset of this place is the design of its rooms. At least my one (called Arcus) was really awesome and I liked it even though it wasn´t very practical, expecially the bed was terrible, absolutely not comfortable. The rooms are not very soundproof, you hear what is happening in other rooms, plus I didn´t like a strange smell...

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. The rooms are quite small, with tiny shower room and limited storage place given that majority of people come for skiing and have a lot of gear with them. The rooms are clean, some of the rooms have balconies. Ask for a higher floor rooms to be away from the noises of...
