I have just returned from an amazing week in the Alphubel Hotel in Saas-Fee. As many reviews have said, the service and hospitality is excellent and I have not found a friendlier place to stay. The resort and hotel is very good for children, as we were in the minority being a couple. This time of year the village is...

Had a great week at this family run hotel (boy 14yrs, girl 9yrs). 5 minutes from Saas Fee shops, bars, restaurants and bus station. The owners are incredibly friendly and there was entertainment on 4 nights. The dinner in the evening was varied and traditional. The rooms were clean with balconies overlooking the mountains and Saas Fee town. There is...

We have just returned from a week's stay and having never written a review before, feel compelled to do so! We have a little boy (just 4) and could not have wished (or expected) such a warm and welcoming family hotel. The kid's club was wonderful (staffed by Heather - the owners' daughter-in-law and Andrea). I had not skied before...

Just had a fantastic week at The Alphubel, The supersaxos are quite exceptional, offering a real friendly service, nothing seemed too much trouble and the in-house entertainment added greatly to our enjoyment. The views are superb, yet only a few minutes walk from the center. The free taxi to ski area and storage of gear at their sister hotel made...

We have twins of 3,5 years old and stayed for the first time in Hotel Alphubel. The staff is very friendly and they will do anything for you and your children. Great choice for breakfast and superb food at dinner.

Located near to the 'entrance' of Saas Fee (cars are not allowed in the village and must be parked in the large underground car park - you can call the hotel from there and they will send a small electric vehicle to collect you) this hotel has great views over the surrounding mountain range (13 peaks > 4000m!). There is...

We have stayed at Alphubel twice before and we are going for the third time this December. There are too many positives and I will try to cover them all: a wonderful family of two generations (even three, if we count the grandchildren who are usually around) that runs the hotel and takes the quality of service to the guests...

Great hotel for families with children. The whole place is ultra clean and well maintained. We enjoyed family touch of the owners, excellent cuisine and all nice services: ski lockers in the other hotel of same family, morning and afternoon shuttle to ski lift (although not really necessary because the distance is 10min walk and the ski equipment would be...

The Alphubel is in a great location with outstanding views over the village and over the mountains. We went for a south facing balcony room so we could sit out and be amazed at the views across the village and up into the mountains and catch a few rays in the afternoons. The welcome we had from the Supersaxos was...
