We stayed for six nights and had a wonderful time. Starting with the friendly help with the booking, pick up at the bus station, drive to the gondolas, support with ski passes. Do I need to say more? Yes, big bright and welcoming room with high ceiling and a balcony. Breakfast buffet had a variety for everyone's taste with the...

We arrived by train and a coach journey with a group of 30 ladies from work, to spend 4 days in Saas fee on a skiing trip. Our luggage was picked up by the staff of the hotel, and taken to the lobby. We had to walk about 5 mins from the bus station to get to the hotel. When...

Thus hotel is perfect for a break in the mountains. It is clean and cozy and gives you this mountain feeling. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly friendly and makes your stay so much better. We are going back this year and really like the place and atmosphere.

I went to Saas Fee for an overnight hiking trip. The hotel is just few steps away from the busiest part of SF but having a nice and quiet mountain view. Though the room is small, its clean and adequate. Bed is comfortable. Stable free wifi. I love the balcony. Lobby serves hot beverages and pastries all day. There is...

This B&B hotel is great. The rooms are of reasonable size though the bathroom is on the small side. The beds are comfortable with very warm duvets. There is free tea and coffee in the entrance hall, which is very rare in Switzerland. The place was clean and there was a good choice at breakfast. The staff were friendly and...

Overall this little place seems to lack someone to care about it. The remodeling kept the same tired 70's era faux-antique, whitish-brownish furniture. While the better rooms have much-needed extra space, even these were mostly people-boxes. Not charming. Staff was minimally engaged. Only person who seemed to interact with guests was the delightful older housekeeper, who boomed out a good...

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and have no complaints at all. Everyone that works there is very friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel is a bit far from the gondolas but they have their own transportation to take you back and forth. If you like to party, the hotel is very close to...

Great location on the main street yet far from the noisy side of town. Super bright and clean rooms with balcony and mountain view. Excellent breakfast buffet. They offer 24h free hot drinks which I found essential! Will be back.
