Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We got stuck and Marc helped us out. He offered us his best room and a free beer. Best price-quality in Verbier and Marc is super friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. We had a great stay and hope to be back soon!

We stayed 3 days at the MAP during a ski trip at les 4 vallées in Verbier. The location is ideal, right in front of the free shuttle to take you to the mountain, there is also easy/free parking available. The MAP is very cozy and Marc, the owner, is very welcoming and accommodating. The kitchen is perfect to cook and have a relaxing dinner in the house. We loved our first experience to Verbier at the MAP, thanks Marc! The only thing is that it would be nice to have soap/shampoo included in the bathrooms. :)

I forgot my charger at MAP. I wrote Marc if he could send it to me. His a answer was that he will send it if I write him a review on tripadvisor. Other than that, in our stay we were 23 people and there was only one normal size kitchen and 3 bathrooms. They did laundry during out stay and they hang all the wet sheets inside the house. It is not pleasant to have to go through wet sheets to reach your room. Location is not bad.

Everything, from the welcoming to the check-out was excellent. The Service, the facilities, the bathrooms, living room, etc are really confortable and I would not doubt to comeback. Plus, it has a really beautiful view to the mountains and theres a lot of accesible transportation spots to go hiking, skiing or walking anywhere near. Thank you very much for making my vacations one of my favorite memories ever.

It's clean, it not expensive at all (especially for richy Verbier), not that far from the center (it will be easier to walk down from the center then to walk up) And Marc, the manager, is always open to help ! Cheers mate !

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend of skiing from London. It was a great price for Verbier and very comfortable and clean. The kitchen and sitting room are very spacious and had all the equipment you need, with clear instructions on how to use everything. The location is great: only 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town and the main telecabine for skiing (Médran), and there is a big supermarket (Migros) only 7 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel, and the bus timetable is in the hotel next to the kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and bedding is provided, and the room was also nice and warm for sleeping in. Would definitely recommend this hotel for travelling with friends or family!

Arrived at MAP where my sister was staying for a ski trip. Everything was fine until the place keeper arrived in the middle of our dinner to show the place to new tenants. She opened the recycling been to see that tissues had been placed there (not by us) and threw them on the floor. We asked for beddings for myself as im staying in the same room as my sister, the keeper insited that i pay upfront (30 swiss francs per night, im stayin 2 nights. My sister and her friends already paid 1400 Francs for the week) if i wanted any beddings. Shocked i asked if i could pay by card, she said no there is an atm closeby and you have 5 min to pay me if you want the beddings. We wrote an email to the place manager explaining the situation, he replied "i am sick and tired off all the complaints and stop this primary school behaviour". I decided to go and withdraw the money, we went to the keeper room and knocked on the door. We were welcomed (prior to her opening the door) by a "f*** hell, f*** bas****". Plainly the worst experience i have ever had.

One of the greatest places I've ever stayed in. Alongside unbeatable prices and excellent value for money, MAP is perfectly located within the heart of Verbier. We honestly felt at home within this beautiful place. Huge shoutout to Mark and his wife for making us feel so welcome and going above and beyond in helping us. Look no further, MAP is the place to be.
