Once again we enjoyed a wonderful stay at Eurotel Victoria Les Diablerets, with a very warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay. The owners and staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble - evidenced by one team member starting an hour early so we could have a 6 am transfer to the station, thank you so much! The food and service is excellent and always delivered with a smile. They even remembered a birthday with a card and bottle of champagne in our room. The hotel's location is perfect, the last stop on a direct train ride from Geneva airport and they will pick up at the village station for a very short transfer to the hotel door. The ski slope is a short walk and virtually ski in-ski out and ski passes can be supplied by the hotel, so there is no need to queue at the kiosk. Overall a very well run, family-owned hotel, with excellent service and a friendly welcome from Alexandra & Stéphane Wartner

Even before I arrived, I received an email from the hotel advising if I am interested in having dinner at the hotel and explain the cost would be less if booked in advance for the hole duration, which I thought was really nice. From the moment arrived, I was greeted by Phillipe who was smiling and extremely helpful advising in all activities available and issued me a couple of vouchers for discounts for ski rental equipment and for visiting Glacier 3000. Then I was fortunate that he upgraded my room and I had an amazing view over the mountains. Breakfast was great lots of choices from the buffet, however the highlight was the dinner, a 4 course meal that was exquisite every night. The service was great also I want to thank everyone for their hospitality. Peter room 433😉👍

Came skiing for the first time with a large family group. Had a fantastic experience and had nothing but great experiences. The front of house team in the restaurant were brilliant and I can not speak highly enough about the reception team as we were a large group with a fair few 8-10 year olds. A special mention to the pianist who provided a classy accompaniment to the evenings. In summary a great location, great facilities and an amazing team.

I have been visiting this hotel for a number of years and the quality of the food and service never change. This is excellent. They respond to correspondence very quickly, provide lots of assistance particularly when traveling today is kind of hard and regulated. The restaurant and the variety of food and wine menu is great, the only thing I would say is that sometimes some portions are quite large, this is if you are having the fixed dinner menu. After a few nights eating the 4 course can get a little heavy. The selection of local wines is excellent and I would very much recommend it. The venue has Parking but internal parking is limited. If you have a bigger, longer car, parking might be tight. Other amenities near the garage include the ski room and this is well equipped with ventilated boot racks and ample space to host all the skies and poles. The reason why I have downgraded to a Very Good, this is because the rooms could do with a little refresh. The rooms are classic alpine hotel style but the mattress and the supports of this could have been a little newer. I slept well yet the slats could have been a little firmer without the frame of the bed squeaking on every turn. I would return but I would ask for a newer decorated room.

A stay we will never forget. My family, 2 adults and 2 young children have just returned from a week stay, our first time ski-trip. The hotel was wonderful and the stand-out point was the friendliness of the staff. The family-run hotel was so welcoming. We were collected from the nearby train station and helped with all our ski rental gear. We had a jnr suite room, which was clean, spacious and super comfortable. The second stand-out is the attention the Hotel gives to its food. The menus are super impressive and a foodies dream. Little touches like free chocolates for the kids, cinema nights and child care - brilliant effort from the hotel staff. Facilities are great. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. It was a little cold for the adults though. Short walk (5-10mins) to the mountain base lifts and a good boot/ski room. We loved our stay and hope to return! Bravo.
