Nice hotel for a short getaway. Room was very nice facing the golf course. Stained carpet but overall ok and not completely unbearable as everything else made up for this. The room is as lovely However the dressing gowns where dirty, kettle didn’t work I would stay again 💯 I can’t recommend enough Morgan the outstanding service she had given us due to the room being little bit tatty Morgan was professional, give us the care that we need would deal with her on our next visit 6 stars to her Ruyman was fantastic in the restaurant Karen was as great

The stay was nothing short of perfect. The staff reception were amazing from beginning to end especially one young lady in particular. The spa was a beautiful experience along with the luxurious feel of the entire hotel. Plenty of onsite parking, wifi worked a treat and the breakfast in bed capped off a special day. Highly recommened, have not experienced a hotel like this ever in the UK.

Just want to say thank you to Megan who was behind the bar, I went on a first date last night for a few drinks to the Cave Hotel and it was my first visit there and I was very nervous! However, Megan made me feel very welcome and kept me entertained until my date arrived! You are a star! P. S a second date is on the cards!

We booked the cave for our annual Christmas work party, I was in contact with Megan the whole time, she helped me with everything! From setting the date, food, table plans, dietary requirements and even booking some rooms for our heavy heads to rest. Can’t thank her enough for the whole experience, the marquee was fantastic and even better was the food. If you know about the food here then you know what I am talking about, we had 96 staff and everyone loved it! Will be booking again thank you all so much for making this a memorable Christmas party!

I can't rate this place and the staff high enough. If I could add more stars, then I would. The setting, design, ambience, food & staff are just “Perfect.” We stayed for two nights for my wife's birthday on a recommendation. The recommendation was spot on. I’m now dropping plenty of hints to my wife to return for my birthday. Well done, “The Cave”. Your hotel is amazing, but your staff are exceptional and a credit to you.

The place is stunning and all the decor is really nice and creates a very cool atmosphere with the darkness and rocks etc. the bed and bedding were amazingly soft and comfortable and the restaurants were very tasty! The deck outside is also an amazing space with plenty of warmth for a cold November night between tue heat lamps and the fire pits. The shisha is very high quality and really quite pleasant over a bottle of time and your own little fire pit. Those are the good bits! The main complaint I have is cleanliness. The carpet in our room was covered in what looked like coffee stains. Yes it’s an off white carpet I know I couldn’t keep it clean but it’s abit gross when you walk into your room and see stains all over the carpet. And the spa pool area was also not clean at all. There was debris in the hot tub everytime we went in there clearly not cleaned properly. The windows were so dirty you almost couldn’t see out of them. And the water in the main pool was salty ! What’s that about I have no idea. It’s a shame it could be a really amazing space and the fact you can order cocktails directly to the pool side is very cool. All in all. If you can over look some issues like that you will still have a lovely time because the place is really different and enjoyable.…

The stay was just fantastic. From the venue down to the staff everything was amazing. They pay very close attention to detail and you can really tell as they make sure your stay is more than up to par. The resort is soo spacious that you even forget that other people are there haha. Great quality of food and service in the restaurants. I would really recommend for friends and also couples as it’s a nice getaway worth every penny

Our children and grandchildren, brought us vouchers throughout the year, for birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day. We had a one night stay and a meal in the Korean cowgirl restaurant, wow what a meal, the platter for two was out of this world, service was amazing, staff were very friendly and professional. The room was very clean, king size bed was something else, felt very special. The pool was clean, very warm, amenities were great.

Beautiful hotel, lots of electric fire pits everywhere. Very cosy feels and I like that the pool is close proximity to the rooms, no need to walk through public areas. The soundproofing was really good too, our room was close to the pool and we heard nothing. Only negative is I found the pillow very soft but this is just personal preference.
