We stayed for 7 nights as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) at this hotel and overall had a good experience however there were some cons.

Positives:
- amazing food, there was always something different in each evening and a wide range of food such as bbq food, salmon, rice, pastries, soups etc.
- we also really liked that there were lots of food options, and not just one main restaurant. The wet and wild park had lots of options which meant we could stay there instead of coming back to the main hotel to eat. Lots of lovely drinks also available.
- clean hotel and easy to navigate.
- rooms cleaned daily.
- reception staff are welcoming and always happy to help.
- they also have a late checkout lounge where you can shower and relax (if you need to stay at the hotel beyond checkout time which we did).

Negative:
- as others have said, unfortunately staff members can come across as rude. We found on multiple occasions staff serving us seemed like they didn’t want to be there and were quite frankly just rude. I accidentally dropped a bit of drink at the beach bar and the member of staff spoke rudely in Turkish (not difficult to tell from the tone of their voice what they’re saying)
- we also had an issue with the kids club here, I found that the kids club staff were just way too relaxed and didn’t really help. My kids wanted to do craft activities which I asked for and each time the kids club ladies said “yes we will give it to you” and I along with my kids, sat waiting for 10-15 mins and no one gave us any craft… just awful.
Second time round, I went to the club at 11am and asked when they will do face painting. They told me to come back at 4pm for this. I went back at 4 and they said they aren’t doing any face painting due to the family festival. My child cried a lot as he had waited all day for the face paint. Why wouldn’t you just tell me when I came in the morning? To think we pay so much money for a good holiday for our kids and this is how we are treated.
- in the last 2 days of our stay, we were also served drinks at the beach bars that looked like the milk has curdled. When I challenged this the servers were acting like it’s my fault lol. I’m not going to give my child a drink with curdled milk when I’ve paid a ton of money to be at this hotel. Eventually I said just give me pineapple juice instead. We reported this to guest services but I never heard back from them.
- as others have said, getting sunbeds is a nightmare here. We were usually always down to the wet and wild park by 9am but sunbeds would be reserved by the pool already (with no one actually using them). Just awful. At times we noticed people who had reserved the sunbeds didn’t arrive until 12-1pm. There needs to be a strict procedure here to allow everyone to enjoy the facilities instead of the same families taking sunbeds first thing in the morning and not even turning up!

Overall it’s a lovely hotel, but the rudeness of the staff made me feel like I was not very welcome at this hotel.

This is a great hotel for families of all ages, we’ll highlight some of the pros and cons of this hotel.

As you may know the hotel has 1 (lovely) pool out the front of the hotel that the pool view rooms look on to. But the main pool area is a 10 min walk (waiting for lights as you cross a main road) or you wait for the shuttle bus, which is a medium sized bus and there are 2 of them going around most of the time so you never wait more than 5 mins and the journey time is less than 5 mins (most spent waiting for the lights to cross the main road).

The good thing about Wet N Wild being a shuttle bus journey away is there is less of a rush for sunbeds in the morning. The first bus leaves at 8am and Wet N Wild technically doesn’t open until then but the gates are open so you can enter before. We would typically walk out the main hotel reception and walk down to the main road, cross the road and after 2 mins walking you will see Wet N wild. If you get in before 8am you will pretty much have first choice on the beds (How German of me). You can then get the bus back as everyone else is arriving and get breakfast. Top tip the towel desk at Wet N Wild doesn’t open until 0800 ish so change your towels the night before – towel desk closes about 1700 at Wet N Wild but often open until 1800 at main pool. The pool with the speakers is where the entertainment team base themselves throughout the day with music and games going on, so if you want it a bit quieter go to another pool or down to the beach. Floor is very hot so if you have young children may be better going on the lawn near the splash park, so they don’t burn their feet.

There is room for 2-3 pushchairs on the bus, but we found it a bit of drag having to get the bus all the time. As with many European, busy, all-inclusive hotels it seems it’s only British guests that queue and wait their turn. This is not the hotels’ fault, and you will find this everywhere. Be prepared though, it can start to run you up the wrong way. There are 6 lifts in the main block in 2 locations, but they’re not very big and at busy times you will wait a while for lifts and there are 7 floors so if you’re on one of the lower floors by the time the lift gets to you it is often full – expect ‘other’ guests to shove their way to the front of the queue for lifts, buffet food stations and the queue for the shuttle bus. Best for your blood pressure to either let it go or call them out on it, but not let it bubble under and ruin your holiday – we’ve seen this everywhere.

Restaurants:

Main Buffet for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast total chaos, but no queue to get in and you can normally find a table – they open different areas as it gets busier. The fight for food is real though, like pigs at the trough! Only 2 x toasters and the hotel was full when we were there so that is approx. 2500 people for breakfast.

Lunch at the buffet is much better as most people are over at the Main pool (called wet n wild), this could be worth getting the shuttle bus back for as the 2 x snack places at Wet N Wild are chaos. You can also get jacket potatoes and those Turkish style meat pancake things at Wet N Wild and just eat at your sunbed to avoid chaos.

Dinner at the buffet we didn’t do as we booked the A la Carte restaurants. There is:

Turkish
Chinese (Asian)
Italian
Steak
Fish – closed when we were there
International – free if staying 7 days or more.

It is 20EUR per adult and 5EUR per child surcharge – this does mean that you should be able to book into them every night if you wish and they only accept several tables, so it is much less chaotic. The steak restaurant is double the surcharge 40EUR for an adult and 10EUR for a child. Times are generally only 1915, 1930, 1945 for A la Carte’s. All at main building except Steak (above lunch snack bar) and International (is the lunch snack bar in evening).

The service at the A la Carte restaurants is not the best. You often get hurried into placing food order (and expect to decide everything including desserts there and then) and the first appetizers normally arrive before your drinks. That said the food is generally pretty good.

We didn’t have a good experience at the Steak restaurant as the food was cold, the steaks were not cooked how we ordered them, and the quality of the meat was poor, so we refused to pay the extra extra surcharge and the Guest Services Manager agreed to removing half the A la Carte cost.

There is a Starbucks coffee place on basement floor near all shops but always long queues. On this floor too you have a Spa, Cinema (films are shown at 1500 and 2100 each day) and games centre for kids. There is also a ‘secret’ 24 bar down a corridor towards the meeting rooms that is not really advertised.

Lobby bar in main hotel is open until 2330 I think, then there is a club from 2300-0100.

Over Wet N Wild they have a mini disco at 2030 until 2115 and then the kids club is open so guests can use their park and do activities. The fairground rides are open from 1930 (I think) and close at 2130 when the main show starts as the entertainment staff run the rides.

Shows are generally quite good, but you will need to be down before 2130 to get any sort of seats and the bar is very busy (use the beach the bar). Candy Floss and popcorn is available but at a small charge which I think is poor this should just be thrown in for the kids as other hotels in the area do as quite a faff to get cash for the kids to go and get some.

Beach is very good, you can always get sunbeds down there at any time of the day, 2 piers and the watersports centre which covers 3 hotels. They’re very busy but have some good stuff. 45EUR for 10 min jet-ski, 80EUR for 20mins and more for the jet ski style cars.

Drinks at all the bars are very good, queues are not bad at all and the staff are good. Entertainment team are very good, always coming round to chat and not too busy, they really get everyone going and are a credit to the hotel. They have servers on roller blades who will come round and take drinks orders from you at both pools.

We had mixed issues with our rooms (3 x rooms including 1 two-bedroom family one). The 2-bed family room is lovely, very spacious with pool view balcony and inside jacuzzi (not sure if all family rooms have this). No complaints about our room. Others in our party were not so lucky, their bed was not often made, glasses, cups not cleared, floor dirty and a lamp didn’t work and even after asking twice no one replaced the bulb.

The air-conditioning is a bit hit and miss. Set it to 16 and high fan, but it will time off after 8-12 hours so good idea to switch it off then on again before going to sleep and before going out for the day, so you don’t wake up or return to a roasting hot room because it timed off just after you went to sleep or left (ask how we know!).

Air-con in the inside areas either struggles to cope or gets intermittently switched off, not sure which. It is cooler than outside but sometimes not by much.

Spa is good, you can negotiate very good package deals. We paid 60EUR for a 1-hour hammam wash and a 1-hour massage. They will then try to sell you more treatments on a different day if you’re interested – negotiate!

The shops in the hotel are good if you like fake bags, clothes, watches etc or there is a small mall – in the next building to the east of the hotel. 2-3 min walk.

Water slides and park are excellent, and the different pools are also very large with lots of room. Sand on the beach very hot – so do your best Baywatch impression to get from your bed to the water!

Hotel and beach very safe – no issues. Umbrellas available at every other sunbed but quite a few are damaged with one prong not going up.

Ice cream available during specific times at both main hotel and wet n wild.

Kids club seemed to be closed at main hotel and only open in morning, afternoon and evening session times at Wet n Wild.

We didn’t really tip as states included in all-inclusive package, but the good thing is unlike some hotels that didn’t affect the service we received.

Hotel is a mix of European nationalities but far dominated by British – we quite liked that as most people understood queuing and waiting your turn for things.

Overall, a very good modern hotel with good facilities and to be perfect / excellent just need to improve the service at A la Carte’s and ensure maintenance is kept up to scratch in rooms and around the grounds. I would recommend anyone with kids staying here, with young kids the bus journey to Wet N Wild with a pushchair can become a little annoying.

Great holiday!
We went start of October for 10 days flying with jet 2, 2 adults and 2 children 8 & 5 years. Transfer was 30mins. As soon as you arrived at the hotel, your luggage was taken by staff and taken straight to the room, they offered us food due to late arrival (midnight). Room was lovely, king size bed and 2 single beds.
We spent most of our time at wet & wild and the beach which is across the road from the hotel or there is shuttle buses constantly going back and forward.
You are given pool towels which you change everyday. Plenty of slides, pool, splash zone, lilos, pool rings, beach balls to use.
The beach was at the wet & wild and had complimentary sun beds, lovely beach swing facing the water. The beach was a grainy sand and at the sea was stones which were a bit sore on the feet but didn’t bother the kids.
The restaurants at wet & wild were lovely and done a good iced Carmel latte. The all inclusive buffet at the hotel was ok too, plenty to choose from, I preferred eating from the terraced grill most days just at the back of the restaurant.
Ice cream at hotel was open 12-8pm ish and at the wet & wild 12-6pm.
There is also a lovely crepe station at the wet and wild, I loved the sugar one or the cheese and spinach one.
Entertainment was at the wet & wild along with a ferris wheels, pirate ship, merry go round horses and trampolines ( the fair rides close at 9pm) main show started at 9.30 each evening and the majority of them were really good.
Lots of bars dotted about and never a huge queue for them.
Rooms - clean towels every day and mini bar was restocked.
We had no issues at this hotel and I think I would rebook it which is unusual for me as I usually like to try somewhere new each year.
The wet & wild closes over winter from 31st oct so I wouldn’t book it after then

We arrived in the evening and were not informed that dinner service finished at 9pm sharp which meant we missed dinner. The only food available between 9pm and 11.30pm is stale sandwiches. Service is pretty poor, we had to ask for drinks multiple times at the snack bars when eating, eventually gave up and ordered ourselves from the bar. Staff just ignore you and make you feel like an inconvenience. Food is very repetitive and bland and most dishes were not 5* quality. They have a mini funfair which only runs for 2 hours from 7-9pm. Beach wasnt the greatest. Evening entertainment and kids playground were quite good but the kids pool seemed quite dirty and general cleaning around the pools was very poor. Nappies, plasters and empty drinks were left around deck chairs and no one was around to clean. Mattress in room was comfortable but the Pillows were lumpy.
The rooms and hotel in general is very dated. Floor under the beds was very dusty, cleaning was emtremely basic. Showers in room were quite dirty and musty and water quite changing from freezing to boiling, very dangerous. We found most staff quite rude and miserable, definitely didn't find their service 5*. We found the only friendly staff member was Zuhra in the kids club, everyone else made you feel like it was an inconvenience to ask them for anything. We asked room service for fresh towels on day of check out so we could shower before we left and she was so rude saying this would cause her problems and kissed her teeth at us! Once food service ends, all food in cleared away sharply so make sure you arrive well before end of service or you will go hungry. Alcoholic drinks are also rubbish. They seemed watered down and they only provide house brands, premium brands are charged for. Considering this is a 5* resort, there are way too many things that are charged for at a premium. They were selling small boxes of Popcorn for 3 euros, lollipops for 2 euros, 7 min kids quad bike ride for 10 euros, additional kids activities such as sand art, tshirt painting etc for ridiculous prices. Kids club was crap, one room for colouring and another full of old toys and some lego (not as advertised in pictures online). Kids pool area was ok but didnt seem clean. Kids sprinkler pool was so dirty and moldy. Although shuttle service to the main area of the resort was regular, this was not made clear when booking. So if you forget something in your room or want to eat lunch in the main restaurant it is very long going back and forth with kids and swim floats etc. Overall I would rate this hotel 3 stars, it definitely does not provide 5 star quality or service.

Dear guest, Thank you for choosing our hotel for your vacation and for sharing your sincere thoughts about your recent stay with us. We always investigate the issues related to the experiences shared by our guests and endeavor to do the necessary work when we are sure that there is room for improvement. You can be sure that we will check all the points you mentioned in your review. However, we will forward your feedback to the hotel management. One of the most important things for us is that we always ask our guests to contact Guest Relations if they have any concerns or dissatisfaction, because we can address your concerns while you are still at our hotel and improve your experience while you are staying with us, not after you check out. During our investigation, we found that in a conversation with our colleagues in Guest Relations, you mentioned that you enjoyed everything and did not mention any negative aspects. Also during your stay you left a google review that you were happy with the quality of cleaning and service. Therefore, we did not have the opportunity to verify your satisfaction during your stay. We would also like to point out that our colleagues can ask our guests to write a guest review so that all our valued guests can share their valuable opinions, but in no case do not force anyone to write them. However, with your permission we would like to mention some details of your review. As you noticed for guests who did not have time for dinner are provided sandwiches for a snack if the night buffet is not yet open (it is open from 23.30 to 02.00), all food and snacks in the hotel are prepared daily and are not reused, this is also monitored by government services, which conduct daily independent control in the hotel. The main restaurant offers more than 200 daily specialties. 3 theme nights are organized during the week. On Monday there is an Italian theme, on Wednesday a Turkish theme and on Saturday a seafood theme. In addition to the main restaurant, the hotel has 3 snack/lunch restaurants with different menus and 6 a la carte dinner restaurants. The hotel caters to guests of different nationalities on a daily basis. Therefore, perception of dishes and flavors is very subjective and can vary from person to person. Due to the popularity of Starbucks coffee shop, which is part of the all-inclusive concept for our dear guests, there may be a queue, but our colleagues always try to quickly serve all guests and satisfy their wishes. The drink you mentioned is present in the menu, but for its availability in the hotel is responsible directly Starbucks and all ingredients the hotel receives directly only from them according to all the rules. Unfortunately at the moment in the whole territory of Turkey there are no ingredients for this drink from Starbucks, and the hotel has no right to use any other ingredients for firm drinks. The hotel has a small market and the opening hours are set according to the wishes of most guests. Our hotel is very careful to keep the pools clean. In every part of the hotel and on the whole territory there is always a staff who is responsible for cleaning and immediately cleans everything, so that no garbage accumulates anywhere and the guests feel comfortable. Also all the pools of the hotel every evening after closing daily undergo all cleaning works, as well as an independent state supervision of the quality of water in the pool every few days takes water samples, and our hotel is one of the few who have certificates of quality of cleanliness of pools and all guests can familiarize themselves with them in the lobby of the hotel. Since you reported before that you were satisfied with the housekeeping we are surprised that you wrote the opposite, but we would like to point out that the hotel also has a Call Center (4444). If you call the Call Center, our colleagues will always help you to solve any questions and will send you a cleaning in the rooms or change the pillow, as well as send towels before check-out. But unfortunately you have not contacted them. In bars and restaurants there are both local and imported drinks on all inclusive, as well as there are drinks that are paid separately. But we would like to assure you and all guests that all drinks are original and have all licenses and certificates. On the territory of the hotel there are stores and various games and services that do not belong to the hotel, and are private companies that provide their services on the territory of the hotel and their prices are unfortunately not regulated by the hotel, it can only do the very presenters of these services. We would like to mention the location of our hotel. On all our official web sites and in the mobile application has all the latest information about the location of the hotel and the fact that it is not on the first coastline. Also all tour operators with which the hotel cooperates receive full information about the hotel and we are sorry if you are not provided with this information. Our goal is to provide a relaxing and pleasant vacation. We would like to emphasize that the staff of our hotel makes every effort to ensure that the rest of each guest was held in a friendly and comfortable environment. We are constantly working to improve the quality of our services, including constant training of service staff. We realize that your experience did not meet your expectations, and while we cannot change your past experience, we hope you will reconsider and give us another chance to ensure a more positive stay in the future. Lara Aska Stay September

We arrived at the Lara Aska hotel at the hotel after midnight and were really impressed with the hotel staff and late night food that was for arrival, I have read a lot of reviews before coming about the staff and service however I cannot fault any member of staff in this hotel, they were all great and really helpful.

This hotel is great value for money and has so much to offer for entertainment for both adults and children through the day and night time. The hotel pool is more quiet which is great for relaxing, the wet and wild area which is less than a 5 minute walk or can jump on the routine bus which comes every 10 minutes offers games, music and various other activities. There are Multiple areas for kids to play and great water slides for children. There was arcades, bowling, cinema which had two films a day in the hotel.

I would highly reccomend food at the top restaurant at the wet and wild area which was pizza, pasta and salads, the pool bar had wraps, toasties and chicken goujons etc which also could never be faulted throughout my stay. The food in the main restaurant was great, a lot of different choices every night and something to accommodate all, i particularly liked the cakes the offered. The red is always really busy however staff are very attentive cleaning tables and offering to bring drinks to your table, if you are looking for a more quiet area i reccomend sitting outside as the inside restaurant is busy with children and can be noisy. There was an option of different restaurants that you can pay €20 per person that we never tried unfortunately, I also realised on my last day there was a separate cafe area that offered a range of cakes and coffee on the ground level whoch all looked stunning.

After reading some reviews that rooms were dated I was really surprised when we arrived to our room, the rooms were really nice, comfortable large bed and were cleaned and left spotless. The toiletries were all great quality products and handy for when we ran out. The free mini bar was stocked everyday with beer, Fanta, Coca Cola and water. Tea, coffee sugar is also provided. I highly recommend a pool view room if you have the option as the view really was great.

The Starbucks on the bottom level is a great feature to this hotel and although there was a large que usually at opening (10am) this went down very quickly.

The beach and jetty is also a great feature to this hotel which is always really clean there is a bar just off the beach and around 20 yards away ayou can mezzi (Turkish bread) and ice cream near stall which is handy.

The hotel entertainment was based more for children and families and music a little repetitive everyday/night however cannot complain about it. There was nothing really I can fault the hotel during my stay, I would recommend this hotel to both couples and families.

We booked to stay here on a Jet2 Holidays package, due to the price and all-inclusive facilities. We have never been interested in all-inclusive previously, but all the nearby hotels were the same and the price was too tempting to ignore.
A bellboy brought our luggage in from our transfer whilst we were seated in the reception area and given a booking-in form to complete (so much better than standing in a queue).
Once we were booked in we gave the bellboy our room numbers and he brought our luggage up for us.
We were in room 1723, on the top (7th) floor, with a west-facing balcony overlooking the gardens.
The room was amazingly clean, with plenty of storage space, a chaise and complimentary beer, water and soft drinks in the mini fridge. The marble laden bathroom, with a double width walk-in shower, was just fantastic too.
The catering was amazingly fresh, with an absolutely vast choice of food available pretty much all day long; if you couldn't find something you liked here then you're not going to find it anywhere - drinks were very good also.
My only criticism was that some food had no identification labels and some had no vegetarian symbol so I was unsure if they had meat products added and avoided them (I almost missed out on a beautiful creamed spinach had there not been a chef nearby to ask what it was). This needs to be reviewed, or the vegetarian food needs to be displayed in a separate 'vegetarian food only' area so diners can be sure of exactly what they are getting.
We didn't get round to using the sauna suite or the spa and soon grew tired of being asked if we wanted to book a massage every time we were in this area.
There was an indoor pool, which was usually full of families, and the outdoor pool wasn't heated so we went to the beach instead, there was a complimentary bus transfer between the hotel and water splash park, but we didn't use this as it was only a 7'ish minute walk.
The beach area was brilliant, but it seemed really weird swimming in the sea and laying on the beach in the sun in mid-November.
We were still able to visit the all-inclusive beach bar for drinks and snack bar for pizza, pasta, salad etc. in the water splash park, despite the fact that they were winding down for the winter season.
Every member of staff we met were a real credit to the hotel - nothing was too much trouble for them.
I'd definitely return to Aska Lara.

Very good family holiday

Greeted at the entrance, fast check in and bags taken to room. Room is very spacious and well equipped, we were located near the lift / stair area so it could be noisy during the night with doors banging and people shouting (Not the hotels fault though) Fridge was always restocked with drinks and room cleaned often.

The food is good with a large selection of meats, veggies, desserts etc - al la carta (Bistro and Asian) were both very good and waiter service there is better as there are less people to focus on. Snack bar was also good for lunch with a relaxed feel to the place.

The Wet n Wild (despite some reviews) is an easy 5 min walk, we went often with a pram and there were no real problems (some dodgy pot holes in pavement) , probably got there before the bus a few times by the time you wait, there are a few shops on the way to the Wet n Wild too, conveniece stores and clothing. We mainly used the splash park and kids playground which made our daughter happy. Playground is OK but needs some new toys in it, especially the ride on ones. Wet n Wild is where the entertainment is at night, get there early enough and it's easy to get a seat + welcome drink is a nice touch - I personally wish the entertainment started a little earlier (20:30 for kids disco) but understand everyone needs dinner first. There are also areas for ball games, trampolines and some fairground rides very close by. Entertainment was good, especially the Mongolian circus, very impressive.

The Pool at the main hotel area is very good, clean, good service at the bar and a small kids pool in the shade. Could benefit from having baby changing area and a non smoking area, as a non smoker with a toddler I found it very difficult to find anywhere outside where people were not constantly smoking, especially when everyone wants to be in the same shaded spots, rooms are meant to be non smoking but I'm not sure everyone takes notice, we are on the non balcony side and the smell is obvious.

Had a massage at the hotel which was great, highly recommended but they do and try to sell you another once you're done relaxing.

Bus ride into Antalya, tickets can be purchased from the shop next to the bus station - very cheap, quite easy to navigate but there are many stops along the way (1 hour ish) the bus was very hot and busy when we went, not an enjoyable ride so we got a taxi back, would try and negotiate a taxi there if I went back.

Overall I would definitely come back, enjoyed the stay a lot!

Relaxing on New Year's Eve.
Despite the hotel's busy schedule, everything was good.
The staff are all very friendly, polite and competent-receptionists(resting with an adult son, we were given two adjacent rooms, although we arrived at different times, for this huge thanks to the beautiful girl of Eastern appearance-name did not remember), waiters (even with full employment of the restaurant did not feel left out), cleaning (young man named Ali-daily, qualitatively, change of laundry in a day), guest Xenia)), bartenders, security at the beach.
Clean, beautiful, cozy, warm (not least in winter).
The room was in the center of the main building on the 4th floor, sea view-piece between the hotels, soundproofing is good, spacious, clean, large balcony.
Mini bar(daily replenishment), everything needed in the bathroom, including razor, dental set,tea station-daily replenishment+water, bathrobes on request given.
The food is above all praise, very varied and delicious, seafood daily, fish and meat many kinds always.Outside the grill area, works even at breakfast (the first days did not understand and suffered without icing)).Desserts are masterpiece, moderate sweetness, fruit, greens, many vegetables in different variants.
The restaurant is big, you could always find a table, no lines for food.
Nice bar and brasserie on the lobby floor.
Spa-two saunas(good temperature) ,hamm, Turkish bath, indoor swimming pool+outdoors(first days were cold, then heated, swimming with pleasure).Of course, lots of children, noisy, but it's New Year's Eve.
Beach-calm step walk 8-10 minutes, the road is pleasant, walked with pleasure on the beach, sunbathed, even bathed-weather was good, sun, +18.
At the hotel-down the path and right-stop bus 07 to Antalya, went for a walk to the waterfalls, tickets in the shop at the stop, one for two trips 90 lire.
Cons-problematic elevators, often broken down and long wait, that's all.

We spent 10 nights in August as a family of 4 at the hotel. Unfortunately, we found our experience to be just below average. We've put together a list of pros and cons to best explain our stay:

Pros:

The rooms are clean, and housekeeping does a good job of keeping them that way.

The main entertainment at 9:30 PM is very good, and the acts are professional.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable, making it easier to get a good night's sleep.

The shuttle bus service is good and reliable, so you're not forced to walk down to the wet and wild.

There is a good choice of slides and pools for the kids.

Cons:

The food in the main restaurant wasn't the greatest, with the selection being very repetitive and a bit boring, to be honest.

The lifeguards supervising the slides were on phone calls while on duty, which is a big no-no for me.

The security at the hotel is very poor, and I would expect it to be better given the current climate. The shuttle bus entrance is a big concern, with people walking in and out without really being checked. The entrance itself would allow someone access to hundreds of holidaymakers without much effort.

My partner won the bingo after paying for tickets, but the prizes were shocking. Most of them were 50% off vouchers, which means you have to spend more money. This isn't really good enough, especially considering a lot of the paid activities are overpriced to begin with.

Overall, the bar staff are rude and lack basic manners—they clearly don't want to be there.

The rooms are alittle small for a family room

If you want a sunbed, you have to get up super early to put a towel down, which is disappointing. There must be a better way of reserving sunbeds. Three sunbeds next to us weren't used until 3 PM—a total waste.
Cats inside the restaurant building are also a big no-no for hygiene reasons.

The restaurant sometimes smelled like wet dog, which really put me off eating anything.

Summary:

Overall, our stay was a little disappointing, and we would not come back to this hotel again. The sheer volume of people, combined with the lack of a personal touch, really lets this hotel down.

Dear Guest Thank you for choosing our hotel for your vacation and for sharing your sincere thoughts about your recent stay with us. We always investigate the issues related to the experiences shared by our guests and endeavor to do the necessary work when we are sure that there is room for improvement. You can be sure that we will check all the points you mentioned in your review. We will also be sure to forward your feedback to the hotel management. One of the most important things for us is that we always ask our guests to contact Guest Relations if they have any concerns or dissatisfaction, because we can address your concerns while you are still at our hotel and improve your experience while you are staying with us, not after you have checked out. During our investigation, we found that you did not contact our colleagues and did not mention any negative points. We therefore had no opportunity to ascertain your satisfaction during your stay. However, with your permission we would like to point out some of the points in your review. The main restaurant offers more than 200 dishes daily. There are 3 theme nights organised during the week. Monday - Italian theme, Wednesday - Turkish theme and Saturday - seafood theme. In addition to the main restaurant, the hotel has 3 snack/lunch restaurants with different menus and 6 a la carte dinner restaurants. The hotel caters to guests of 45 different nationalities on a daily basis. Therefore, the perception of food and flavours is very subjective and can vary from person to person. The lifeguards on the slides are always looking after the safety of our dear guests and are always fully trained, but sometimes they have to use telephones to communicate with each other as they cannot leave the site. We would like to assure you and all hotel guests that there are cameras and security guards throughout the hotel to ensure safety. The security guards try to be more discreet so that all guests feel relaxed during their holiday, but in no case will not let others get into the hotel. There are plenty of sun loungers in the hotel, both in the main building and in the Wet'n Wild Park, next to the pools, green areas, pier and seaside beach. We know that many guests want sunbeds at the edge of the pools and there are not enough sunbeds for everyone, but there are plenty of sunbeds in the rest of the grounds. As you noticed, the hotel has cats that enter the building, and this is due to the fact that many guests love animals and try to feed them, and they in turn want more and try to enter the building. Of course, the hotel on its part tries to catch them and take them outside the hotel to a safe place. Sometimes in hot weather and with high humidity during cooking there is an odour in the restaurant, but we would like to point out that there are special air purifiers that help to quickly cope with this problem. We would like to note that in addition to paid entertainment such as bingo, there are a lot of free entertainment. But your opinion is important to us and we will definitely pass your words to the management of our hotel. Our goal is to provide a relaxing and pleasant holiday. We would like to emphasise that the staff of our hotel makes every effort to ensure that the rest of each guest was held in a friendly and comfortable environment. We are constantly working to improve the quality of our services, including constant training of our service staff. Of course we are happy to know that there were moments that you enjoyed. We realise that your experience did not meet your expectations and whilst we cannot change your past experience, we hope that you will reconsider and give us another chance to ensure a more positive stay in the future. Best wishes Daria Yıldız CRM Supervisor Aska Lara Resort & SPA

We stayed in the weekend with our group of friends, quality cozy, spacious, amazing hotel..Our recommendation is good and we chose the hotel.... I have been staying at countless five-star hotels so far, and with all kindness I write, the hotel with the highest satisfaction rate was "Aska Lara Resort &Spa."
The hotel''s convenient structure, spaciousness, modern architecture, cleanliness, elegance, tasteful tiling and furnishings...It was wonderful with everything.
All the very polite and helpful A-to-Z hotel that allowed us to leave the property extremely happy, without a doubt
employees... took 10 out of 10 of us..Service from entry security
to employees, from the kitchen staff,
to the housekeeping staff, everyone was very polite, attentive, and solving-focused.From your hotel entry, you can see that there is a team that wants to keep you happy, the front desk staff guides you to your room with full information. We didn't expect to get our room for the afternoon, asking you what you need when filling the tables, and I was very pleased with these practices. The food was varied and all very tasty.Every day
There were different meat dishes at the meal.
Zeytinyaglilar enfes guzel. The salad variety was plentiful...from soup, meat dish, to hot dogs, to dessert, and very delicious.
The flavor of the pie I eat
your master
and help your team.
On must-eats and drinks
Satisfied with the taste, we drank. The cheese spread included at least 30 different types of cheese. The spacious, large, divided restaurant staff used all masks and gloves.Especially guests daily
hygienic without interrupting activities
measures and excellent practices allowed us to appreciate the hotel even more and to have a safe & pleasant vacation. My wife and I used the swimming pool, I was a very cold person, both the inside and outside the pool had sufficient heating, and hygiene was the highest level again. We decided to have a sauna bath and massage once confidently. In fact, I congratulate the hotel officials of Aska Lara Resort & Spa on this matter.Because there is a functional, customized spa facilities, there are experienced members of the pool, but the cleanliness, hygiene measures were given a lot more importance to us once we decided that we chose this hotel. Our valuable Aska Lara Resort & Spa family thanks to our very comfortable staff, 5 stars
