Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed for a week and loved it. We were the only brits there just a few Dutch and Germans. Mainly all french families and had such a great vibe, perfect and safe for young children. We booked through a company called ‘Allcamps’ as our normal Eurocamp didn’t get their act together in time for easing of travel restrictions. Our accommodation in a ‘Tithaus’! was comfortable and the onsite facilities were nearby and always very clean. Although it was french school holidays you could always get a sunbed any time of the day by the excellent large pool. Lovely little bar and restaurant with reasonable prices and great takeaway. Management were friendly, helpful and never in your face. Beautiful surroundings and backdrop and totally chilled and peaceful place, no noise at night and would be happy to return there in the future.

OK we arrived here as a family of 4 at the end of August. We had a mobile home that slept 4. The place is nice and clean. The swimming pool is good fun, it can get busy and anything goes as kids bomb into the water and balls are thrown around but after a day you get into it. There is a bar and restaurant which we ate at on the first night as we were tired when we arrived. We ordered pizza and the kids has chicken and a burger and chips. The food was alright, pretty basic with not much flare but we did eat it as we starving. There is a games room and this is where the WIFI was located. I am glad the whole area was not WIFI as it made you do other stuff rather than just sitting looking at your phone. The only problem was the signal was pretty poor which is a pain when you want to book stuff on line. There is a small play area for the kids and plenty of toilets nearby. So to the living area. We had a nice little terrace with umbrella and table and chairs. Inside was clean and tidy. It is small but it has everything you need. Now there is a major problem and it is a major problem. The double bed was TERRIBLE. Neither myself or my wife got any real sleep on the first night. We complained and they offered us a light cover that just about took the edge off how bad the mattress was. This place should have got the 5 stars but the bed let it down. There was a kids club which was great for the kids 6-8 years old. On a few nights they had music entertainment which considering you are in the countryside was above average and enjoyable. On the whole I would recommend this place but check your bed before you go to sleep on the first night. The place has a very chilled vibe and it is laid back. It is very family orientated which is great for familys with little kids to play and enjoy themselves.
