The room is spacious enough and clean. The entire building is pretty new so everything is in decent shape. We only had two problems with our stay but it was enough to make us regret booking a room here.

1) The sensor in the room detected even the slightest movement from our bed and the light just would not stay off. They came (not very fast) to disable it but pretty much ruined any chance of comfortable sleep as it had already driven us insane.

2) The lack of flexibility for check-in was a bit much especially for a hotel near a major airport. Despite rooms being available, a dozen or so groups who showed up between 1:30 and 2:30 were forced to wait until 3pm on the dot. At 3pm, we were then forced to wait in line as they inefficiently checked everyone in. It would've been so much more efficient if they would start checking in people an hour (or even 30 minutes) earlier. If the rooms are ready to go, i really didn't see the point of this. I had a toddler to watch after while waiting which made the situation even more infuriating watching the desk staff just standing around waiting until 3pm.

Might return once more but have no plan to return if the above do not change,

On arrival was 'greeted' by very bored looking and unfriendly reception staff - they were equally unfriendly when checking out. Room was ok and bed comfortable, shame there was no whitener provided for the coffee however. We wanted to travel into Seoul to celebrate my wife's birthday but the station is a long walk away, so we were forced into having a Burger King at the Outlet shopping centre across the road! None of the taxi drivers at Gimpo airport knew where the hotel was and complained that is was too far away for them to take us there. When we found a taxi who would take us he said he would pick us up the next day to take us back again but at over double the price due to the hotels location! Overall the hotel, staff and location were (excuse the pun) pretty 'Soulless" and we will find a better option next time.

Never going to make it to 4 star but a very good 3 star. The rooms were clean as was the hotel in general. There was a box of rubbish by the elevator for two days which i found unusual.The staff were helpful and extremely polite. The gym is spaciuos and reasonably well equiped. Not much locally in the way of food or nightlife but if its peace and quiet your after this hotel fits the bill.

I am seafarer who was quarantined at this property awaiting to join a vessel. On 26th October I politely asked the hotel housekeeping to send a pair of soft slipper. The one provided earlier on arrival was broken. In reply to my request he misbehaved with me and spoke to me like all people quarantined there were POW. He was behaving like a racist and very rude while replying. When I questioned his behaviour he hang up phone on me. I advice the management to investigate and listen to the call recording on 26th Oct 2021 with Room no. 1318 around 2 pm. This is not a way to treat a human being to say the least. I know I was quarantined and I did not expect Hotel like services. But asking for a slipper was like I committed some very big mistake. Hotel staff must be sensitised. I hope no other person staying there for any purpose should suffer like this ever again.

We are staying at this hotel right now 9th Sep21 as a Seafarers.Very poor service ,unpleasant environment, staff is extremely rude and no manners at all. No alternative was provided to smoke cigarettes, if we would smoke inside the room due to hotel has non smoke rooms fine will be 100,000 won but can’t provide place for smoking. Ridiculous..

Can you please fix your hotel team and provide them training how to talk with guests and stop harassing us. Will definitely not recommend anyone this hotel and will take this matter to head office. We wish, we could give you no star .

We booked this hotel online a week before we arrived. Its a very new hotel, even our taxi driver have not heard or been here before, didn't even know where to drop us. The reception staff very friendly and polite, able to speak a bit of English. There's some problems with the centralised air conditioning system, making it without a/cond in all the rooms. So they gave us a room away from the sun, a little cooling. Need yo open windows, but its quite cold at night. Other than that, rooms are quite small but very new n clean, you can even smell the new furnishings. Located directly opposite the Hyundai Premium Outlet Gimpo. Just crossed the road for great shopping, however the Outlets n Restaurants close early at 8.30pm. You can't get food after that. However there's a mobile Convenience Store truck at the hotel carpark which closes at midnight. Even the hotel's restaurant provides only simple breakfast, not available for lunch or dinner. Probably it will be fully operational-ready in a couple of months time. Anyway we only stayed 1 night here because we wanted to do some shopping at the Premium Outlets here. Its quite nearby the Gimpo Airport, less than 10 min by taxi. Hope there will be great improvements when we come by in future.

A reasonable price, valuable hotel, and kind and helpful feont desk agents near Gimpo Airport.

There is an Hyindai outlet right in front of the hotel. However, after 9pm, not many things to do in the hotel or around the hotel. no convinience store, no restaurant, and no often transportation going to downtown. Taxi does not come often and there is only one bus coming around the hotel. People who only want to atay calm and peacefully for your vacation. hotel staffs are also very kind and helpful. always smile :-)

There is a coin laundry room and fitness room open for 24 hours. that may be all the hotel provides for their guest.

Excellent service and quick registration at counter, very comfortable room with nice amenities. Very quick check out and the desk person was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi to Gimpo airport early in the morning.

Really disappointing stay.due to flight delay missed first night and was charged. No problem with that . Room rate was without breakfast so due to jet lag was up early and wanted to have breakfast
Went to reception to pay and was told No if I did not pay at check in or pay day before then you can’t have breakfast!!!!!!
I’m trying to give them more money but the “computer says no........“
Nowhere in the area to even get a cup of coffee
Room was ok but the two staff I dealt with were board looking and really didn’t care
First and last time I stay here.........

Located very near to the domestic airport, I stayed here for 1 night awaiting an internal flight. Hotel is very new and located adjacent to a large shopping mall, which was handy for a meal since I arrived about 14:00, hotel staff very friendly and spoke good English.
The restaurant was only open for breakfast which I did not take since I had an early flight, however if you arrived in the evening there would be no where to eat in house and they did not offer a room service option, so once the mall closes there are no other options in the immediate area. Room refreshment facilities consisted of 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee but no milk and sugar. I read the emergency notice on the back of the entrance door which instructed you to use the emergency torch provided but this was no where to be found in the room. Bed side light switches did not work on one side of the bed, the general feeling that I got was that the final quality control prior to opening this new hotel were not stringent. On a positive not if its a quiet location you want near to the domestic airport then this is a good option, if its food and drink you want then book elsewhere.
