We ate here twice. Our dogs joined us and were welcomed. Good beer and lovely food. Very comfortable stools! We tried different dishes on each of our visits and all were very good. The mussels, from Wells not Brancaster, were delicious. Having had Brancaster mussels on another

Hi, there is no lift, steep stairs to access the bedrooms on the first floor.. If you are looking for ground floor accessible rooms in that area I would be happy to assist you as have stayed in some other wonderful places that are low level rooms

"Brancaster is divine location on the north Norfolk coast. It was very tranquil when I visited."
"The road outside is not busy at night so suggest all rooms should be ok. Second floor rooms ceilings are on the low side, so mind your head!"
"Some say 1st floor by road should be avoided, but you may also not want to have 2 sets of stairs. One room (at least) allows a dog bed"
"no views from rear but place close to beach"
"Hotel is on the main A149 which can be a busy road, so you can request a rear room for less traffic noise"
