Bishop Wilton is gorgeous, nestling in the scarp of the Wolds. This is a very homely B and B: we were greeted with tea and cake, and our hosts had booked a meal for us at the Fleece. Declicious breakfast as well

We enjoyed our overnight stay very much in this lovely, homely, personal b and b. Ann and Roy were so welcoming, sat us down in our own sitting room in front of a well banked open fire and plied us with tea and scones. They were attentive without being intrusive and there was a varied selection of interesting magazines, books... More

The cup of tea & piece of cake we were offered on arrival after a very long journey was really welcome. Anne is a superb hostess, she did everything to make our short stay (2 nights) very comfortable & pleasant. This is a perfect location to explore the Yorkshire wolds, & in our case, to discover this beautiful landscape which... More

A superb Gem of a Bed and Breakfast nestled in a lovely wolds village. The ensuite we stayed in was furnished with tasteful antique furniture and lovely welcoming touches, bottled water, novels and books about the local area. Complimentry toiletries in the bathroom a joy. There is no flat screen tvs to be had here but proper old fashioned hospitality... More
