We asked for 3pax room and room is quite spacious.
Location wise, it's in downtown and nearby two big shopping mall is a big plus.

I doubt anyone comes to Naypyitaw for sight-seeing or a luxurious vacation. This is a ghost town of a capital, created out of nothing in haste. The hotels are part of the Potemkin village -- glitzy on the outside but lacking in substance internally.
