As parking in St.Andres is always difficult,we try to find a really nice Guest House in Strathkinness.which is so handy for nearby town of St.Andrews.We have been doing so for many years now but have decided this is by far the best house we have ever had the good fortune to have picked. The house is absolutely beautiful and spotless with... To Bryan and Linzi Taylor, thank you for your king hospitality and attention during our family stay. Your location was ideal for St andrews, just away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to make those tee times, and we made plenty. The B&B is excellent, the food is lovely, what else can be said, we... More

We stayed at the Paddock last year and loved it so we stayed there again last week and had a wonderful time. The location is picturesque, the house is very cozy and rooms are very good - both size and comfort wise. The bathroom is very modern and the pressure shower is a great way to wake up and freshen... Our experience at the Paddock B&B was absolutely outstanding. The Paddock was the first stop on our 'once in a life-time trip'. We arrived there having been traveling for almost 24 hours straight and stayed for 4 days. Bryan and Linzi gave us a very warm welcome, and their hospitality and kindness continued for our entire stay with them. I... More

My husband & I stayed @ The Paddock whilst attending a wedding at Rufflets with another couple and could not recommend this B&B enough. We had a room on the bottom floor next to the front garden; it was clean and spacious and had amenities to rival the 5* hotels I've stayed in London & Scotland. The décor is very... More

We stayed at the Paddock only 1 night but wish it was longer. Location is very convenient to St. Andrews but away from the busy city (University had just started). The breakfast was the best I have had in Scotland, not just the "full cooked breakfast" but a selection of home baked goodies and home made marmalade and preserves. The... More

We stayed at The Paddock for almost a week. We were 4 initially as we were there to drop off our older son at St. Andrews. The room was perfect - one double and two single beds. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and very nice - overall very clean. The room was airy and bright... More

This is the second time we have stayed at The Paddock (the last time being 2007 when the Ladies Open was last at St Andrews). It was fantastic to find that everything was as before! The room spotlessly clean and uncluttered and a pleasant place to unwind after a busy day; the breakfast memorable for its variety and freshness and... More

Linzee and Brian are great hosts at 'The Paddock' B & B. My family of 5 occupied 2 rooms and we were so happy with the accommodations. The rooms were BEAUTIFUL, comfortable and airy. The breakfast was terrific. The B & B is in a great location - about 6 minutes drive into St. Andrews. Strathkinness is a pretty town... More

We stayed in The Paddock's triple room which had three single beds, en-suite shower room, tv, fridge and kettle (with proper mugs, not those silly little tea cups). The room was bright and airy and very clean. We received a warm, friendly welcome from Bryan and Linzi and their daughters. The full scottish breakfast was wonderful and served in the... More
