We returned from this campsite refreshed. It was a good balance of relaxation and fun.
The pool was amazing and the younger and older teenager had fun on the slides. The pool was clean and well kept. Lots of sun beds to choose from and never felt overcrowded. It has two indoor pools which we used on the couple of overcast days we had while we stayed.
The bar area and restaurant were well laid out and a couple of nights we stayed for the entertainment. The staff clearly put a lot of effort into their performance and it was enjoyable.
They did a mojito night which was great as they were only 6.50E. They really got everyone involved for dancing and it was a great atmosphere.
The food from take away and restaurant was limited but well delivered. We had pizzas and burgers all enjoyed our food so no complaints there. For some reason the veggie burger was not on the restaurant menu so as vegetarian I had only veg or margarita pizza to choose from but I was happy with that.
Also supermarket literally around the corner so if you want to go to that instead of using restaurant or on site shop it was five mins in car if that. On site shop was limited but had essentials like bread and pastries for breakfast.
Accommodation was clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Think we stayed cottage double premium with spa. It was so worth it. Just so you can relax just with family.
Lots of attractions locally and places to go. Beaches near by like Loctudy and Penmarch. Also, Concarneau not far away and we also visited a local attraction were you could stroke the animals as they wandered about. I reviewed this also, as was great for smaller and older kids as also had climbing area with sky trampolines.
Great holiday in beautiful rural France I didn’t want to come home. If you love France like we do, you will like it here.

We stayed here back in August 2016 for one week and had a fantastic time, so we were hoping for a similar experince in 2022.
Travelling with 2A, 2C & 1 Dog, staying in a 2 bed 4 flower/star cottage.
Check-in was easy and straight forward, staff were as all Yelloh sites very polite.
Accomodation was clean and presentable, although it looked slightly smaller than the same rating cottage we had previously, I think the different layout made it looked cramped in parts. The location of the cottage was OK, but it did seem that all dog owners were in the same area. So when one dog barks, it sets other dogs off. Fortunately our dog isn't one for joining in that way. The area also seemed to attract many wasps and on one day a huge Hornet.
The pool complex was great, and like all Yelloh sites, no eating/drinking/smoking is permitted within the fenced area which is good. Although the climbing and jumping off the rocks and diving in the pool isn't prevented. We only saw a couple of children hurt themselves. The slides have been expanded from previous, seeing a new inflatable ride and a faster tunnel slide which were enjoyed and great fun.
Downside in the pool was teenagers in relationships trying to eat each other in the pool which is a little inappropriate with all the young children around. indoor pools are great, especially if you want a pool that's a little warmer than outside.
Personally I prefered when the bar was nearer the pool complex so you could enjoy a drink (both alcaholic and non) while watching the children.
The shop seems very small now, but has the basics to get you served and the morning bakery is lovely. There is a Super U market about 300m on the main road for the main shop.
We used the takeaway for pizza and burger on the first night and the food was delicious.
The animation team provided some interesting shows in the evenings, some of the parts of the Disney show raised our eyebrows, but worth going to.
I made use of the free sauna in the gym area, I was the only person using at the times I went, but you have to book as it's part of the gym and is limited to numbers using.
Grounds are still great to walk around and I'm sure we'll be back again in the future.
If you like a beach, we 100% recommend 'Plage du Stêr' which has free parkign areas and the beach is something to die for (it's also by Yelloh! La Plage, somewhere we've also stayed previously)

Was our first ferry holiday and campsite holiday and we had a great time we went 2nd-12 July arriving at campsite on the 3rd and checked out the 12th had ko issues. Campsite was clean but even though it was high season not much was open shop was closed till evening along with the bar so you couldn't even by a bottle of water to dydrate if sitting by pool . Pool was stunning absolutely gorgeous. Staff where always friendly and helpful we stayed in a cottage and it was spotless and had everything we needed .

We where coming back in 2023 booked the ferry from Ireland an all only for yelloh village to change days you can check in and leave which means anyone coming by ferry can't as our ferries don't leave till Saturday and arrive in rosscoff Sunday and leave 9 days later on Tuesday. So now we have to find elsewhere to go which is such a shame as we found ocean breton a fantastic site and very safe for put daughter too .

So anyone that was there this year and hoping to go back dont book ferry for that intention as we can't stay at any yelloh village site due to the new changes and they said no allowances can be made .

Our family of 5 stayed for 2 weeks with our folding camper on a 2 flowers pitch with river view.

We loved the campsite. It's in a great location within 2 hours drive of Roscoff and has plenty of nice seaside places to visit nearby. It's easy to cycle around both within the campsite and the surrounding area with safe cycle lanes for kids. The things that stand out were the great kids club and the staff that ran it. The activities and entertainment program was brilliant and the village area with seating area/bar/restaurant and stage was really pleasant and enjoyable. The pool area was great, as was the kids playground area with giant bouncy castle which our kids kept returning to day after day.

Specifically in terms of the camping pitches for touring campers, this experience was a little more average (not bad, just not as good as the rest of the experience). We had booked a 4 star pitch with private facilities which were not built in time for this season so we were offered the next best thing available, a 2 star with river view. This is fair enough, these things happen and when asked they offered a small discount for the inconvenience. Where we were disappointed was the cleanliness of the pitch area. The ground was very uneven, there was almost no grass and a LOT of dust and debris (leaves, twigs etc) from the surrounding trees and bushes. We visited 2 over Yelloh! Village sites (La Plage and Les Mouettes) and thought the pitches there seemed much higher quality. These pitches ideally need to be redone, levelled with new grass cultivated.

Overall though we would still highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much in particular to the ladies who ran the kids clubs and entertainment!

Family holiday here during May half term 2022.

It’s in a fantastic area and close to the beach at Lesconil, which is about 5mins drive. About 2hrs drive from Roscoff.

The site has the best kept grounds we’ve ever seen. The cabins feel very private as they’re nestled between trees and shrubs.

The pool is great. Two indoor pools (one aimed a small children), an outdoor pool, a river (not really a lazy river as no jets) and four water slides. Plenty of Sun beds.

Excellent shop that sells fresh bread and pastries for breakfast.

Lovely grounds and walk along the river. The château is being refurbished unsure what’s it will become.

The site (bars, shop etc.) is cashless. You top up a wrist band at reception using cash or card. Full refund on any underspend account when you check out. **take note of your card serial number incase you loose it** when one of the children in our group lost their wrist band, reception moved the balance across to a new card.

All round an amazing site and we’ll return!

We’ve been to L’Ocean Breton twice, and it was outstanding each time. The first time we stayed in the Clos de Chateau area in a two pod premium cottage with spa. There is ample parking and the site is simple to navigate. Spa duo Premium is our pick!
The staff are a real highlight at L’Ocean Breton. My French isn’t great but the team went out of their way to make me, my wife and our children feel welcome - speaking impeccable English which inspired me to learn French enough for our second trip so I didn’t feel so embarrassed.
What really impressed me about the site was that there wasn’t enough the team could do to help. Both times we brought my wife’s parents with us who are limited mobility, and the L’Ocean Breton team ensured we had an appropriate location and pointed out ways to make my in-laws stay more comfortable.
The site has so much to do, and there was clearly investment even between 2022 and 2023 in even more activities. Over two years we’ve spent a total of 28 days at L’Ocean Breton and I have to say they were some of the happiest of my life. Nothing beats chilling out on a hazy August evening in the hot tub with a glass of wine, staring at the night sky.
There are no faults at all, with a great supermarket in walking distance (if you’re feeling energetic) or a 5 minute drive. Big shout out to the goats and sheep on the nature trail who spent time talking to me on my morning walks 😀😀!

We have just returned from 10 days camping at L’Ocean Breton and have had the best time. Campsite was immaculately clean, especially the toilet and shower facilities which never once were untidy and always well stocked with hand soap and plenty of hot water. Swimming pools are fab especially for little ones with lots of sunbeds outside and again fantastically clean. Evening entertainment was great, we really enjoyed the evening at the Circus would highly recommend. Have been camping at various sites in France and have enjoyed Yelloh villages before but this one has been by far the best. All staff were very polite and helpful - we will be back.

Were still here after a week. Have to say ive not seen staff in any campsite ive visited before as warm and friendly as here. The day we arrived one of the guys approached us randomly by the bar and welcomed us, gave us a load of info and made us feel right at home. They are so enthusiastic and full of life and fun. They are brilliant with all the kids and you can see how hard they all work all with the best of humour and enthusiasm. They have brilliant aquarobics every morning and pilates classes too. Campsite is actually quite small but loads of privacy for the pitches. Very good food in the restaurant too and not too pricy. Loads of spectacular places to visit nearby. Overall a fantastic place. Credit to yelloh village for finding staff as good as this

We finally got back to yelloh, after all of this covid stuff.
We had another lovely relaxed family week. We took a ria premium with view, fantastic. No _ one in front and so very private. The gardens are beautiful, but the new water slides are incredible for kids and parents!. Little restaurant is handy and the staff are lovely. It's pretty empty pre french and UK school holidays, which suits us.
We had lovely lunches in le chaumine creperie in pont l'abbe after the fantastic market, and in oliviers in le Gulvinec lovely staff in both would recommend. Sundowners in lesconil reccomended and lobster in le cantine de mer in lesconil. Trip out to les glenans was very good but we preferred the trip in the rib out to see seals, book it the day you arrive as its hard to get. While yelloh is about making your own fun, there's something really lovely about locean Village!

Staff are very helpful and polite. The pitches are a good size and very private with hedges all around. The pool area is very good with a lovely inside paddling pool for kids which our 3 year old loved. Plenty on site for kids to do including kids clubs, park and bouncy castle.

Unfortunately one big disappointment for us was the noise at night on the weekend. The music at the bar was far too noisy and went on until nearly midnight. It made it very difficult to get our little girl to sleep. For that reason we will not be returning to this site.

No, not walking distance. Car needed but none are too far and plenty to choose from. We didn't go to many as the site has great facilities with water slides, pools, slides clubs.
