I spent the night in the executive ensuite. The bed is nice firm, the linen was clean. The ensuite overlooks a valley. However this valley has a river meandering through the valley and a terrible stench comes from there. Looks like its raw sewerage. The food is delicious . The breakfast has a wide variety.

Check in was done by one guy and my reservation was not to be seen. Still got a room though it took a while. The door was difficult to open. The was no air-con though a fan was in the room for my use. At least the bed was clean as was the floor generally but something was missing ambiance-wise....

I visited the Chinhoyi Hotel with a group of friends for a drink. I was impressed by the fact that students on attachments were doing exceptionally well interms of customer service. One of the ladies was very patient with the guests and the surroundings are neat and well kept.

We stayed in the Chinhoyi University (CUT) Hotel for one night. It is, in principle, a nice place with a beautiful garden and a reasonable restaurant. However, the first problem that we faced when arriving was no water in the public toilets in the lobby and in the restaurant. Our room was clean and spacious, but no water at all...

Did not stay here but attended a day conference, had lunch and sampled their evening entertainment. The staff were attentive and polite and lunch was traditional African dishes buffet style- generous portions. The conference room is large and airy, although PowerPoint facilities could be improved on. The evening braai was under a covered area which was a challenge when log...

The only hotel in Chinhoyi situated right next to the Chinhoyi University. Rooms are okay but the food is horrible. The ambiance in the restaurant is not very pleasing and food tastes stale. You can tell they are trying hard but still the service is not upto standard. If im stranded in chinhoyi i'd probably sleep there but eat elsewhere.
