We have been visiting Coed Mawr for the last 12 years and have stayed there at least 8 times from 2 nights to 2 weeks. The cottages are in a perfect location for visiting North Wales, you can chill out and relax in beautiful surroundings. The cottages are so cosy and have all the home comforts you would need. We first visited Coed Mawr in August 16 with our Granddaughter and had a great time, so we rebooked immediately to come back. Weather not the best but it doesn't detract from the fact that this is a very special place to stay. Beth and Andrew make you feel at home the moment you arrive. Tea and Welsh cakes, just...

We were lucky enough to celebrate New Year at Coed Mawr a couple of years of ago and were pleased to find that it was available this year. This time around there were new rooms open at the top of the house which were just as stunning as those on the first floor. Once again Andrew and Beth were perfect...

This fine Country House is set in blissfully quiet valleys just outside Conwy in North Wales. We stayed in one of the cottages for five days and loved it. You look out across the valley when you come out the front door. The trees were changing colour as it was autumn and it was beautiful. So quiet. You have the...

We were delighted to be greeted by the owner, Elizabeth, upon our arrival. The B&B is located outside Conwy but very close to all local attractions and were very knowledgeable of the area and provide good traveling tips. The decor is chic and refreshing. Also, we found the breakfast to be very tasty and filling, best fruit salad outside of...

When booking the trip to the Conwy Feast food festival as a surprise trip for my boyfriend's birthday, the B&B I originally wanted to stay at was fully booked, and I'm so glad it was because otherwise we would not have experienced this absolute gem of a place! Andrew & Beth have a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. As...

It took us only a few seconds from walking through the door to want to come back again! That was in July and here we are again in October. We stayed in one of the cottages which is very well equipped and cosy. The view from the front door is over a valley on the edge of Snowdonia. You can...

Positioned centrally for the coast, countryside and the mountains, this is an excellent area for walking, mountain biking and bird watching. Lake, river and sea fishing are all available locally. Nearby you will find golf courses, treetop walking, dry ski slopes and horse riding.
