Would not recommend M'pay Bay for a quiet beach resort. The beach is littered with rubbish and construction materials. There is noise from 7am of workers, who also stay up until 11pm getting drunk and singing/partying. If you do go take ear plugs!

Such a shame the locals don't use the free rubbish collection and instead throw all of their litter onto the beach at the pier. All of the Western run places make a great effort to clean up. 5 minutes walk to a beautiful stunning beach...More
