2 adults & 1 child stayed 1 night in the family room on 6th Aug 2013 In summary: Amazing views, a lovely welcome by friendly proprietors & good breakfast, but the accommodation presentation, furnishings & cleanliness was not acceptable for paying guests! It has the potential to be a really nice b&b. The b&b is 5.5 miles away from Llanberis...

Having stayed in the self catering apparment and only i've just found these reviews. Sadly it doesn't look like anything has improved since our visit in 2012. We found the place and damp and smelly including mould on the curtains. Only half the cooker worked in the kitchen. The electric light switch in front single bedroom was faulty and for...

The directions were excellent; no getting lost as with other places we have stayed. Lovely friendly greeting on arrival. It really is like staying at a friend's house. The heating was on, morning and evening and the temperature really wasn't a problem despite it being a wet bank holiday weekend. Superb breakfast. Bathroom spotless, shower is better than ours at...

Having read the other two reviews of this property I thought that I must have been staying in a different place but the most recent review is of the bed and breakfast which is in the main house above the apartment (so therefore not seen) and the review of the apartment is over a year old so obviously a lot...

Really nice B&B with great breakfast. The room had a really nice view on fields and hills and a nice little patio at the back. The owners were really nice and made us feel really comfortable. We had a very relaxing time. Llanberis and Caernarfon are only a short drive away.

I pondered whether or not to write this review as I'd like to keep this place a secret due it being the best self-catering accomodation ever but couldn't resist sharing. The owners have created a lovely ground floor 3-bedroom flatlet with bath/shower and fully-equipped kitchen. The beds are of the highest quality and beautifully comfy. There wasn't a speck of...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Welcome to our relaxing B&B. We are located on the northern edge of Snowdonia National Park near the popular village of Llanberis on the lower slopes of Elidir Fach. The location, with its open views out to the Menai Straits and Anglesey, is located between mountains and sea and is an ideal spot for exploring the Snowdon and Glyder Mountain scenery or for touring the North Wales coast, the Llyn Peninsula or Anglesey. Alternatively you could head further afield to the popular historic town of Chester. You could even experience a seated back massage or Indian head massage treatment (for an extra cost). If you feel really energetic you could even help out in the garden! If you're bored or have excess energy you could have a game of Badminton at the local leisure centre with me! Trem Y Mor offers a family room (sleeps 3 and a cot) with picturesque views towards Anglesey; AND a double room. Both bedrooms share a family sized bathroom with a bath and a shower over. ... more   less
