Heather always has a warm welcome when you arrive, this is one of the very best run B&B's in the Fort William area. Fantastic accommodation, house & garden beautifully kept & the breakfasts are pretty special too.

We only stayed for one night at the Carinbrook but Heather Davie made us feel very welcome with tea and cakes on arrival...yummy! Our room was on the first floor overlooking the side of the property. It was very comfortable with a good sized double bed and ensuite shower room with toiletries and a good hairdryer. Breakfast was very good...

I loved the Carinbrook B&B. It was very clean and I had a view of Ben Nevis (when it was not foggy). Heather was terrific. When she found out that I did not have a car, she offered to pick me up at the bus station and drive me back on my last day. The breakfasts were delicious. I especially...

Wonderful welcome Heather providential and a superb array of cake. Rooms are comfy clean and well appointed and breakfast was stunning. (you have to try the home made yoghurt) - Heather was also brilliantly helpful with advice about eating locally and onward travel plans absolutely recommended.

Stayed here in a group of four, one twin bedded and one double room to prepare for a 5 day - 60 mile kayaking trip from Fort William to Inverness in September 2014. Heather greeted us with cakes and hot drinks in the lounge and was very interested in our trip, offering to drive us around after we had shuttled...

“Twin Bedded room very spacious and suitable for two kayaking club members to share. House is back from the main road and double glazing dulls any noise from the road. Fantastic view of Ben More from the Lounge window and front garden of the house.”
