With the hotel, bar & restaurant under new management The Old Hall is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel reception & rooms are being refurbished to a high standard , all with new & super strength wifi signal throughout. Very convenient with the 5* health club facilities easily accessible during a stay. The rebranded restaurant is serving well priced,...

Had a good night's sleep after a long day on the road. Bedroom was very clean with a comfortable King size bed. Breakfast freshly cooked, well presented, and hot. It was a pity that the portions were rather small (1 rasher bacon, 1 Sausage (Good Quality), 1 Fried Egg, 1/2 Tomato, Baked Beans (Nicely served in a separate dish), 4...

We wanted a break from building work & just had one night there. The bedroom & E suite were perfect for our needs. Lovely spa area. We would go back. We didn't eat evening meal there so don't know about that but the breakfast was freaky cooked to Eder and very good.

We booked a family room for two nights at this hotel purely based on the fact it had an indoor pool so our children could have a swim after our long journey to Caister. We communicated this when we booked yet the person who took our booking failed to tell us children are not allowed in the pool after 6pm....

We are sorry to report that they aren't taking motorhomers from 1st January 2017. This is such a shame as it was such an excellent facility. New people are to be running the hotel and they no longer want motorhomes.

Stayed here for a weekend on a boys jolly. The staff were exceptional and very welcoming. I used to come here as a child for many years and it's a shame to see a supermarket on the former caravan site. However the people of the Old Hall are as welcoming as the previous family that owned it. Breakfast was perfect...

We have just returned after spending week-end here for our friends wedding . We have stayed here many times so this must say something. Bedrooms & bathrooms have everything you need for a week-end stay. Management & staff make you feel welcome. Vicky our waitress went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and had...

Went in for Sunday carvery, had tried the pub over the road but couldn't park. The staff were friendly enough and we all ordered two courses. The meat was ok but some of it was a bit dry, the roast potatoes (one of my favourites) were inedible, the roast parsnips great but all the other veg was over cooked. We...

Stopped here as recommended by a pub further up the road Good value for money offers a 1,2&3 course meal Started with battered mushrooms with garlic mayo then went into the Carvery, a bit of a let down as the veg was all over cooked meat and pots were good and the lady chef was cheerful enough Service was slightly...
