We have been in the Holiday industry for over 26 years, and can honestly say we have never stayed at a more stunning but welcoming Guesthouse with nicer owners! Ever! Dave and Carole are superb. Friendly, give you your privacy, provided an absolutely lovely breakfast, and the facilities and location were totally outstanding. The bed was SO comfortable we overslept...

Our recent stay at Tan Yr Allt for two nights was fantastic. We all enjoyed our hosts attention, (nothing was to much trouble) excellent breakfasts, well appointed, comfortable, clean, warm rooms with everything you could wish for and a bottle of wine to enjoy in the evening whilst our grandchildren slept. I highly recommend the family room for those parents...

We took over Tan-yr Allt for 2 nights with our family of seven (including grandparents). We couldn't have had a more welcoming reception from David and his son Craig. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the three rooms led on to a shared living area with fabulous views over the lake and across to the other side of...

Great room - large and spacious with fantastic ensuite. There is a lovely sun terrace with seating looking over the beautiful garden and lake. David did us proud with his breakfast; there was plenty of choice and it was nice chatting to the other guests. The B&B is very well located for walking the Glyndwr Way. David was very helpful...

The view was excellent and the middle floor is a great place to meet and appreciate the view with a glass of wine. We will definitely return here; very...

Having recently spent a long weekend with two friends we were so impressed with the location that I had to let you all know how good we found it. Ideal for walkers, bird watchers, fishermen and artists. The premises were so clean, the food and attention by Dave and Carol was unbeatable, nothing was too much trouble for them. The...

Myself and various members of my family (7 of us in total) descended on David and Carol for 4 nights as we walked the Glyndwr Way. We were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our delicious breakfasts to start the day and equally delicious evening meals after an enjoyable but tiring days walking. The rooms were perfect and...

Located in a small and peaceful village the guest house is amazing with fantastic views from their patio and sun lounge over their own lake, the fields of the adjacent farm and the mountains and hills towards Lake Vyrnwy.
