My husband and I went here for a weekend getaway with our two dogs in the winter. The restaurant attached to the hotel was on point however the complimentary breakfast was kind of small (typical European) The only thing that was unfortunate was they charged a fee of 15Euro per dog to stay the night which was not listed on... The surroundings are ok if you intend to walk or hike (like we did), but forget about eating at the restaurant. For 20 Euros we were served a COLD soup which was supposed to be eaten hot so we asked to heat up the soup... after that we got "vol-au-vent/bouchée à la reine",the cook just stuffed the COLD pastry with... Loved this place! It's old school decor isn't 'out dated' it's just the old Lux style and beautiful! The rooms are massive, the bathroom is Huge with 2 sinks! The garden is beautiful, complete with babbling brook, local duck & a nature trail. We had dinner in the restaurant, we both had steak which was so tender to cut you... More

The hotel has reasonable high standards though it is be hard to maintain these because of the older building and the restrictions this brings, all is still in great shape. Most of the staff was very helpfull and nice. Breakfast was somewhat limited which was a surprise to us. Our room was nice and quit with a great bed, although... More

This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful setting. Close to lots of places of interest particularly WW2 stuff. Nice comfy room with modern contemporary bathroom. Restaurant evening meal was stunning. Staff are warm friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is a very nice, quiet place to stay. The rooms were clean (I stayed there on two different dates). The staff is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions I had. Both times I had rooms that had a view to the interior courtyard of this hotel. There is free wifi, just no wifi in your room,... More

I really loved the location of this place and the food was excellent too. I had the 'steak tartare' and really enjoyed it. Our room was very basic, but it was all we needed during our trip. If you're looking for luxury, however, this is not the place to go to.

Stayed here with friends in 2005 and when we returned last week we realised why we hadn't been back in 10 years! Whilst the rooms were clean the Hotel clearly needs refurbished. Wooden ceilings and walls do nothing to brighten up the rooms. Service was slow (one lady appeared to be looking after reception, taking drinks orders and serving them... More

Nice chalet sytle hotel in the heart of the beautiful Luxembourg Ardennes. Pleasantly surprised by the seclusion and tranquillity. The hotel offers a comfortable stay with hearty food. Some great hikes are on offer in the near surroundings.

Looking for a hotel close to a walking track and friendly for dogs we ended in this place. Excellent located in the middle of nowhere. Our dog was able to join in the dinner room which is not standard in Belgium/Luxembourg. Simple hotel room, but very good dinner.
