The so-called junior suite that we booked was above a bar where they played disco music for a private party until 1pm. The bar staff said that it was allowed to pay music this loud until 11pm. The music was so loud it was impossible to sleep. When the music died down eventually by 1pm, you could still hear people... More

Nice, functionnal room with a good relatively hard bed. The restaurant is just excellent, there is a very busy bar with live music on wednesday and you have a view inside the kitchen from there. Warning for those who enjoy a big breakfast buffet, their breakfast is served on a plate and is very continental but good quality. I enjoyed... More

Going to a party at a friends home - we decided to stay over rather than drive back to Metz.. There are lots of Hotels in Lux but the quality and especially the service can be hit and miss - the Skol Hotel is a definite hit... Stylish rooms with balconies, good design and nice styling make this hotel a... More

Small 12 rooms) hotel on top of a trendy bar/restaurant. Rooms are small but fully equipped and furnished in a modern style. Bed was new and comfortable, great walk-in shower. Breakfast was continental but delicious, with freshly baked bread and the cuisine was also very good in the evenings. Alternatively, there is a shopping center and other restaurants within walking... This hotel is nice to look at, decor is modern, plenty of stylish things about, but if you scratch the surface all is not what it seems. The hotel is above a trendy wine bar, which from what I saw is very popular. Quite dark, attractive customers, music in the background which is too loud to ignore but too quiet... More

This hotel has some of the best style and the nicest ambience I have seen in Luxembourg - in a very modern and subdued lighting sort of way. I arrived late and was tired, but the bar seemed to be very popular with a middle-aged clientele. The room was average size but the bathroom was very stylish and large, albeit... More

Rooms are tastefully decorated. It's really a change from the unformity of most business hotels. Booked a single room (room 2). The room is well equiped. In the small bathroom was a walk-in shower. Downstairs is a bar-nightclub which a I didn't visit. It's also the place to have breakfast. Breakfast is continental (no buffet). It comes with delicious bread,... More

You are 10 minutes away by bus from the city center but what a hotel.... from 95 euros, the rooms are cosy, modern and well equipped. The small fridge in all rooms have daily a free bottle of water; the plasma screen is quite big, the bathroom has a good size with an open shower. The bar downstairs is the... More
