Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We only stayed here for 1 night and that’s definitely not long enough. Everything about this B&B was perfect (except minor mold at caulk in the shower). The room was immaculate, very nicely furnished. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, pillows too. Sliding door to changing area with closet and another sliding door into the bathroom. These walls are sound proofed! Our room was on the ground floor and walked out onto our own private yard. Our bathroom window overlooked the vineyards in the valley. Breakfast was amazing. Super fresh and delicious. There’s a buffet, served quite elegantly, in the the dining room. Great coffee, great omelette.

Out of the way small hotel in vineyards. Nice rooms, good wine (one would hope!) Lots of good restaurant nearby. Great cycling, walking, running pathways throughout area. A mix of newish and older building. Rooms are in the modern part. Stock refrigerator with wines. Be careful.

It's a small and cozy place right in the heart of Friuli Venezia wine area. The rooms are clean and the breakfast has excellent quality products (freshly made cakes every day) A good place for countryside and wine lovers for a weekend.

We were so excited to stay in the heart of wine country and it didn't disappoint. The included breakfast was pretty standard with lovely service and coffee. The views out over the farms into Slovenia were beautiful. The staff recommended places to go and eat and helped wherever they could. The wines themselves were beautiful and many were purchased. This is also situated in a perfect spot for day trips to Udine, Cividale, Cormons and all the other vineyards in the area. We also ducked over the border to Slovenia for some wines and dinner. The room was spacious, comfortable and modern. All in all a fantastic stay.

Very modern and well appointed; large rooms and very nice bathrooms. Very few rooms, 8 I think. Upstairs with balcony and downstairs with little garden. Breakfast in the owners villa,a superb affair.Book the wine tasting well before check in, or you may miss it and it would be a shame. Beautiful wines and impressive old cellar.

Tucked away up a hill in a lovely garden setting is a traditional Friuli villa beside which is a modern building housing beautifully appointed rooms. We were 2 couples and had booked 2 upstairs rooms, from which there was a very pretty view over the garden and Collio vineyards. The rooms downstairs opened onto courtyards, well planted with climbers and overhung by walnut trees. Inside, the rooms had every convenience. Large modern bathrooms, tasteful furnishings, great linen and superbly comfortable beds. Breakfast was taken in the main villa and comprised just about anything you could wish for, catered for by the ever smiling Agnese. Whilst there is no restaurant on site, it is only a 5 minute drive to the excellent Tavernetta al Castello or Ristorante Blanch. We loved the three days we spent here, exploring the wine country.

We were welcomed by Agnese with a big smile and a bottle of wine from their winery and shown to our beautifully decorated room. Our view to the front was the the lovely winery and to the back a wide landscape of rolling hills! It was a special stay and we would definitely go back! Agnese could not do enough for us and served breakfasts which were appealing to the eye and tasted delicious! Breakfasts are served up in the Villa which gives the visitor a wonderful experience. Quiet and scenic and beautifully appointed place to stay!

Our room overlooked a working winery on one side and beautiful landscape out the other. When we checked in we were shown to our beautiful rooms and after that we were served one of the wines from the winery. A pinot grigio that was delicious. Agnese, our host, was bubbly and helpful. She served a delicious and extensive breakfast in a beautiful home next to the hotel. We would definitely go back!

This little Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful haven in Southern Friuli. The rooms are beautifully decorated with simple clean lines and impeccably comfortable sheets. The bathroom and shower are very well designed (including a stunning view of the vineyards) which is excellent for dawn bathroom visit giving splendid sunrise views. The location is perfect amongst the vineyards and close to Cormons, Gorizia and Trieste. If this is not enough, then you'll be even more impressed with the delicious breakfasts made by Agnese who is simply fantastic!

Our stay here truly exceeded our expectations!! The suite was gorgeous, impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The staff could not have been kinder -- we were here for sadly only one night with our two small children -- and while I would not say this is the best (entertaining) spot for kids for more than a night or two, we never once felt unwelcomed at all. In fact, our children were always greeted with big smiles and warm hospitality. The breakfast was set in cozy villa off to the side. And I would say it was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had in our extensive travels throughout Europe. Beautiful paths to stroll down through the vineyards.....great wines.....great restaurants nearby.....charming setting........would love to return!!
