I stayed in Chalet Papy in March 2016 and have just booked it again for January 2017. I was very impressed with the chalet and the members of staff. The chalet girl and the manager were super helpful and gave us lots of tips of what to do and where to go in Morzine. Meals were excellent and they cleaned...

I found this a reasonably priced holiday and was pleasantly surprised at the great care that we received. The chalet itself was basic but clean and welcoming which suited us fine. The location was perfect as it was on the main road into town and near both the Pleney lift and the Super Morzine. Our rep, Ollie, was great and...

We arrived later than expected to a chalet which was certainly an eye opener. The front room/dining room was very basic, certainly not big enough to sit 12 people comfortablly. It was like being in a Youth Hostel and catered for. Chalet Papy is situated in a ok location just along the main road into the central Morzine. However it...

I find it hard to believe this Chalet was only refurbished a year or so ago. Everything about the place was un-cared for. Dining table in a rotten condition, chairs wobbly. One actually broke when someone sat on one one evening. Curtain poles fallen down and not replaced. Basic things that should be fixed on a weekly basis in my...

Chalet Papy is situated in a great location just along the main road into the central Morzine. Both of the main lifts are a walkable distance though should the mood take you. The Super-Mozine gondola, for Avoriaz and the Port du Soleil ski area, is an easy flat 5-10 minute walk and the Pleney lift up into the Mozine/Let Gets...

Well I have just got back from a week away skiing in France and stopped at the Papy. I travelled with a friend who was also a skier and arrived at the Chalet around Sunday afternoon. Upon arrival we were greeted by our Chalet host for the week, Nick who was great by the way. We stopped in room 3...

13 of us holidayed together on the last week of the 2012 season. I've read a few reviews for Alpine Elements and was a little concerned. However i must say the whole holiday was lovely, we were incredibly lucky with the snow and our chalet host Caroline was superb. The organisation was well done, the staff, though young, are enthusiastic...

We arrived quite late after an evening flight and transfer...

Having booked our holiday on behalf of our group I was a little concerned to say the least after reading all the reports but luckily the Chalet didn't let me down. Dear LauraO85, Thank you for your review and your handy tips for other travelers.
