13 adults and 3 children (all family) had the best stay at Cairn Lodge. Rooms were on the whole a good size with the bunk room a good bit smaller with less storage although comfortable. The shower facilities associated with the bunk room was flooding when we stayed but I am sure the owners will have this rectified. All our other showers were great and the family in the quad room enjoyed the bath.

We would absolutely recommend a stay at Cairn Lodge. Paul, Harry and Kate did an amazing job making us feel welcome and serving us with excellence. Paul is a great chef and produced top quality food presented beautifully each night. Harry and Kate did an amazing job assisting Paul each evening. We loved the home baked cakes as we came off the slopes each evening. So good!! The canapés and fizz pre-dinner. So good!! The 3 course meals. So good!! The cheese board. So good!!

Rooms and en-suites were kept clean and tidy with our beds made each day and a towel change mid week. Kate was our driver; taking us to and from the slopes each day. Actually, on her day off, she had to come get us which was really appreciated.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were fortunate to have an amazing week weather wise. We had sunshine on arrival; a dump of snow midweek and then perfect conditions of snow and sunshine the last couple of days skiing. Great week of skiing, food, family time, laughs and making memories. Perfect!

Came to PDS region with Reach4theAlps in January for first time, and liked it so much returned for another short break. Weather not as amenable but not much they could do about that, but chalet, food, travel arrangements were again great. Cairn Lodge has advantage of being close to a stop for the ski bus, so giving great flexibility. Will return.

Our party of 16 middle aged ladies stayed at Cairn Lodge with Reach4theAlps in Jan 24.

The chalet was well located, 15 min walk to the centre of town. 90 minutes trf from Geneva. As a catered chalet we paid a little extra to include the in resort transport which was fabulous. Lovely Gregor helped load skis in and out daily and accommodated out pick and drops off from different locations with frequent changes of plan with no problems

Chalet hosts Tracy and her husband Gavin were fabulous. Tracy is an amazing cook and provided us with excellent choices, our veggies were especially delighted with their options. We all took her cake recipes home! We requested a meal for us to warm up in the chalet night off which was slightly extra but delicious and very good value. Totally recommend doing the is if you are a large party.

The chalet is clean, comfortable and warm with plenty is seating area to chill out in. The hot tub and sauna can be used at any time and some of the group enjoyed playing table tennis.

Reach4thealps were excellent to deal with. Answered all questions
promptly and have a detailed platform to book and pay for all extra you may need for a ski holiday. We would definitely use this company again.

This chalet was a particularly good choice as there was no snow in the village and the ability to ski from Alvoriaz into ports de sol area meant we had excellent ski conditions, unlike Les gets during the same week.

We were a party of 11 people from 3 families, all closely related and we had a short 4-night break at Cairn Lodge.
Having stayed there on previous occasions and always had a superb experience, it was great to find that the very high standards of accomodation and hosting have continued.
Transfers from Geneva Airport were very efficient, and meant that we could hit the slopes early on the first afternoon.
The breakfasts, afternoon cakes, pre-dinner canapés, and the dinners (& wine) were delicious.
Thanks to Chloe, Tom, and Rico for combining skills to deliver a fantastic experience and an unforgettable holiday for us.

Another great time in the Mountains. The Cairn Crew were great and the wider R4TAs team could not have been more helpful.

If you are looking for a family friendly first class experience then look no further.

We've just returned from a week holiday here and wish we didn't have to leave! What an incredible experience. We had sole occupancy of the chalet with a mixed group of family and friends, including adults, teens, kids and a baby. We were extremely well looked after by Chloe, Tom and Rico and could not have asked for better hosts. We had a range of different dietary requirements including vegetarian, gluten free and vegan and everyone was very well catered for, no one missed out on anything due to their needs, this included three different cakes for everyone's requirements at afternoon tea!
This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a catered chalet, the house and facilities were excellent, but the hosts were what made the holiday, they were incredibly hard working, always welcoming and friendly and really went well above and beyond what I'd expect. Can't wait to return!

Just got home after a fantastic week at Cairn Lodge over New Year. We shared with 3 other families, all the kids were of similar ages (8 - 12) which worked out really well.

The chalet is great - well appointed with everything you need. The Reach4theAlps team were superb! Nothing was too much trouble for Harry and Paul, and the catering was out of this world. Hats off to Paul who's a great chef! Many thanks to Kate for ferrying us around whilst we were there.

Would defo recommend Cairn Lodge

Excellent long weekend with a prompt transfer and in resort taxi service that dropped/picked us up just when we wanted. Food was fantastic as were the hosts - no cutting corners and went to special trouble to get me something for the fridge I could drink. All round a great time.
