We wouldn't normally write a review but we have never been treated so badly and thought it best to warn future guests. We requested, due to Covid, that no house keepers were to enter our room while we were out. When we got back to the apartment a house keeper had not only been in but had been through every single item we had, food, cloths, toiletries.. even going as far as moving my makeup out of a container and replacing it with my soap! a complaint was lodged. When we got home to Zambia and unpacked our cases we realise some of my cloths were missing, ladies cloths. We called The Hub to ask for help and they literally turned their back on us.. i have sent several messages asking if the house keeper has been questioned... IM JUST IGNORED!

I was very saitisfied with the apartment. It was super clean and had everyting that I nedded for an extended stay from a fridge, gas hob and electric oven to washing machine and dryer. The good quality linen and towels were replaced regularly. The apartment is conveniently located and an Uber is never more than a few minutes away. The staff are friendly and kind and I had excellent support from their back office (sales executive) whenever I needed anything. Covid protocols are taken seriously with everyone wearing a mask, outside areas cleaned every morning, hand santiser in the elevators and at the front desk. I had an east facing apartment and enjoyed opening the block out curtains just before sunrise to enjoy the sunstreaming into the room whilst sipping on piping hot coffee.

I stayed at this place for 2 night, the place is amazing. Everything was clean and the beds are very comfortable. I would really recommend this place more that staying at some of these hotels we have around. The Stuff was so helpful and ready to assist.

Conveniently close to everything with very good security. The apartment itself is amazing, has everything you need to feel at home. I would recommend it to anyone, good for business or leisure and I would definitely visit again.

Do not get fooled by the pictures posted for this place. They are probably dated. The place is falling apart. We booked the superior apartment for a month long stay. It’s supposed to be the best available in this property. We had a half broken front door with a long glass pane that let anyone look inside the apartment. There is no Airconditioning in the apartment except in one bedroom. They have a standing fan in the living room that was broken. It was 86 degrees the day we arrived at 3 pm! Impossible situation and a receptionist with no ability to answer any questions. No Covid measures in place. The dispensers at the reception as well as in the elevator were broken. Staff on premises did not wear a mask. It was impossible to have stayed there given the state of the accommodation and the level of Covid preparedness and insufficient security. We did not feel safe at all with a half broken front door with a single pane glass exposing the entire apartment to anyone outside. We moved out within 10 minutes of our arrival and informed the agent that we could not stay there. We are now being asked to pay 50% of the months rental for the ten minutes we spent in the apartment. We will of course dispute and fight this. This is the level of service and consideration we received after we were told to cancel the booking we had made on line and book directly with the company( We got a message from Ms. Angeline Swanepoel) She offered us a slightly lower rate which we now realize is basically even less than the commission the agent would have received (Bookings.com) Please don’t waste time considering this place.

(Guest signed screening questionnaire) Our photos on all our platforms is accurate No false promises or advertising Guest did stay in superior unit We did replace broken fan in living room and supplied extra fan for the guest bedroom All C.A.G covid protocols were followed and as I explained we are not the only operator in building, the Building is occupied by owners, operators and guest. We are all requested to follow body corporate rules. We do have 24hrs security on the property. As per our T&C it’s a 100% non-refundable cancelation, but due to circumstances we agreed to a generous settlement of 20% cancelation fee. Please acknowledges this when you are able to correct your review.
