We found the site by chance and it's all that other reviewers say..well-run, excellent facilities, Montgomery canal (towpath for walks and cycling) and R Severn close by plus a good local shop and pub. The greatest asset are the staff; efficient, incredibly friendly and helpful

Can't fault this site, so we'll looked after and staff (jayne) are lovely. Well situated for walks along the canal or more rural yet close to a pub and shop. My hubby assures me the fishing is good. Can't wait to come back again

Very friendly staff. Very clean site. Nice size. Playground for the children. Nice touches such as book exchange, wifi, tea and coffee in the snug. A lot of static caravans. Very well kept site, lovely greenery. Good pub for food near by and convenience store. They confused our booking and basically we were not booked in, lucky for us they...

Visited Smithy Park during March-April. It's a good caravan park and good facilities are available. Just opposite the entrance of Smithy Park is a Premier Store, which is handy. The park itself is also just a few minutes drive from Newtown, with plenty of places to eat. There are also quite a few attractions nearby. Powys Castle is relatively nearby,...

The grounds are lovely and tidy, well cared for with beautiful views, the pitches are brilliant all hard standing, with electric and water and TV. The best ever for us was...

We are sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. We would gladly have moved you on to any other pitch you preferred if you’d mentioned it at the time. The road is busier at sometimes than others, but many of our visitors return time and again, and go on to book a touring pitch for the whole season or...
