Why do people complain about this hotel , when most of the guests get this on a deal for around £55 on Groupon for two people, that is bed ,breakfast , evening meal , with a bottle of wine per room , sometimes bubbly , food basic but good , ,plenty of it , rooms dated but very clean ,staff...

Came to this hotel after visiting Chester on a National Holidays Mystery weekend. The room was nice enough. However, the food let it down although we were given a set menu with being part of the tour group. The soup was watery and cold. The main course was pretty tasteless. I asked for vege option and was given a Vegetarian...

Stayed her Saturday night as part of a Mystery Weekend with National Holidays. The hotel was average, the room was spacious but very basic. Some stains in the carpet and mold around the window frames. The evening meal was quite bad. The hotel was very busy so ate in a banqueting room, sharing a large table with other guests. The...

I bought one nights accommodation on a Groupon voucher for £39 bed and breakfast . The breakfast was buffet style and extremely busy but there was plenty of choice and the food was of a good standard. I...

Oh dear what a terrible hotel !! Where do I start ? Took 25 mins to check in with a huge queue and only two receptionists. Room was difficult to find and then when we did it was very small and reminded me of a care home - loads of hair in the shower/bath plug hole, broken shower gel dispenser,...

Me and my partner booked a hotel room for one night for valentines via groupon, the young girl that checked us in was nice enough but didn't tell us what times breakfast was served in the morning. We made our way to our room turning the corner down our corridor the smell of stale and fresh cigarettes hit us being...

Throw back to 1970's Crossroad motel came to mind ... and to be honest it's not the best hotel in the world and it's not the worst. They could do so much more with this place. It's dated once you make it passed the reception. This had been a Christmas gift , and it was titled over night for stay...

Stayed here on business for 1 night on a B&B rate of £55 Check in fast and professional with ample parking provided. Room basic but clean. Food in main restaurant was good, service slow and could be very much improved. Overall an ok stay
