Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent place to stay , very quiet and peaceful, lovely walks for my two dogs , showers and toilets were immaculate, really liked the idea of a toilet on its own and not in a block , Julie was lovely on arrival and on departure (sadly) will definitely be returning hopefully for two weeks next time . We have stayed at emral before so booked again after my husband had a heart attack for recuperation, never been In July, the constant noise from tractor all day in neighbouring field and some nights till 11pm ruined our stay, we also noticed a scratch and dent in our caravan the morning after the grass had been cut around our caravan, it is new and didn't have a mark on it, the caravan next to us had damage from the grass cutter prior, I asked the owners and they said they had cctv of our caravan on arrival, so I text them and asked if they could sent a snap shot to eliminate th e site and the answer was shocking, see attached photo to see the response, this is how you are treaded, shocking

We only stayed for for a short few days but it was beautiful. The host are very friendly and accommodating and the site was clean and tidy and so were the showers and toilets. The friendly guinea fowl said hello and enjoyed the bird seed we gave them. The koi carp and goldfish also enjoyed their bread. The site is off the road so no noise can be heard and was also adults only. We will definitely be returning.

This is a lovely site with some pitches around a pretty pond. The showers are good with no buttons to keep pressing! Heated floor in the shower room and clean WC's. Julie greeted us in a nice friendly manner and explained everything we need to know. There is a field where you can throw the ball and exercise your dog. Also a lovely wood to stroll through from the site. The site is about 30 mins drive to Chirk Aquaduct and Pontscyllte Viaduct. We had a lovely one hours stroll from Chirk Aquaduct to Pontscyllte along the tow path which was great for our dog - freedom all the way. Also visited the British Ironworks museum and Whittington Castle. Walked from Horseshoe Falls to Llangollen, also another canal path walk - beautiful, especially as we were lucky with the weather! I would highly recommend this site and we shall definitely visit again when in the area.

We had a wonderful relaxing 3 days at the end of August at Emral Gardens. The site is well laid out with a large pond running alongside the well laid out pitches. The pond has Koi carp in it which was a source of happy intrigue to our little dog.The toilets and shower area is very clean and near to the pitches. The electric hook up, the grey water disposal and fresh water point are all available on the individual pitches. One thing to be aware of is that you do need to have hard metal pegs to secure an awning or garden area and a metal mallet, the ground is very hard and also a suitable tool for removing the pegs. This takes a little longer to set up but it is worth the extra effort. This is mentioned in the information that is e-,mailed to you prior to your visit. Julie the owner was very helpful and friendly and gave some good advice on were to go for a day out with the dogs. We would recommend this site.

A quit site, good to use as a base for visiting the sights. Best feature is the pond that attracts a lot of wildlife but will take a few years to recover after recent cleaning/repairs. Very pleasant site owners.

Lovely peaceful site made very welcome . Spotless showers and toilets. Nice circular walk from site. Walked to Bangor on dee quiet road and lanes. Long narrow drive to site Glad I didn't have to reverse !!! Pitches a bit to close to each for my liking but adequate space. Appears most pitches are seasonal. Overall lovely stay great escape and only an hour from home

Camped here for a couple of nights in July 2019. This is a lovely quiet campsite away from the main road situated in the countryside. All facilities are kept very clean and in good working order. Owners very friendly and helpful. Certainly worth staying next time you are in the area.
