We based ourselves in Truro whilst house hunting in Cornwall, The Townhouse is an ideal location for either business or holiday purposes. It's a beautiful Victorian house five minutes walk from the centre of Truro offering a range of accommodation and buffet breakfast. We booked a superior ground floor double priced at £99 per night and this was situated at...

This is the first time I have stayed. I arrived having walked from the train station and got caught in a downpour. So how wonderful to have a latter and home made cake, which is always available. The room was wonderfully warm, well appointed and immaculately clean. Breakfast was self service ( no cooked breakfast) and a good range of...

My husband and I only stayed one night here but it's still worth a mention. The young lady at the desk told us everything we needed to know....without even asking, she then showed us to a fantastic room overlooking the beautiful back garden. The room was huge and so was the fabulous comfy bed. They have thought of everything, what...

Stayed for 2 nights & will definitely book again. Spotless, comfortable and we could come and go as we pleased. Good weather allowed us to enjoy the wonderful little garden. All day access to the kitchen/diner was a big plus.

We stayed in a room at the front of the house with a king sized four poster bed -, the room was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Very conveniently located for Truro town centre and local eateries. Breakfast was continental and catered for dietary requirements. A kitchenette was available for use all day with homemade cake which was a...

Comfortable rooms with that little extra touch. Stayed overnight after dropping son to uni and was impressed with this guest house, accommodation to excellent standard, home baked cakes offered in the afternoon which is a lively touch. Q0 minutes walk from Truro centre and recomendation made by owner on places to eat and drink which were amazing. I would also...

This B& B is a must when visiting Truro. I can’t praise it enough. From our arrival we were greeted by the lovely owner. She explained everything and made several suggestions about things to do and where to eat. We took her advice and we were not disappointed. The boat ride from Truro to Falmouth is fantastic. There is a...
