This has been our fifth stay at Herriots & we will be back. Comfortable rooms , welcoming staff & so handy for the train & town centre. Skipton Christmas market is a highlight of our year as is our annual stay at Herriots.

Couldn't find a fault. Good communication from start to finish. Reasonable price. Decor was very nice in both rooms and public areas, which is great to see in an older building, modernised but still keeping its character. Staff were excellent at all times, very helpful and attentive, at check-in, dinner, breakfast, and check-out, they really made it a great stay....

Stayed here for 2 nights with my hubby, absolutely loved it. Stayed in a superior room which was beautiful. Breakfast was filling and good. Staff very welcoming and friendly too. Can't wait to go again.

Wow , what a fab venue for a Ball . Organisation, staff , management went way beyond expectation . The manager Chris was superb , and most attentive and could not have been more helpful . Excellent from start to finish. Staff were attentive & very friendly. Our room was very comfortable, the bed & the jacuzzi bath great. Breakfast was more than adequate for us. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for early January.

we stayed here for one night. room was ok, bathroom was tiny. we did have a view over the canal which was lovely. we could hear EVERYTHING in the adjacent rooms. they do have a lift but it is a disabled lift so very slow. breakfast was lovely. staff on reception not very friendly but breakfast staff were lovely.
