Picturesque scenes from the best of the Welsh countryside with and a stones throw from Carmarthen city. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Giving us tips to the best hidden beauty spots and walking trails to the must visit venues within Carmarthen. Can’t wait to visit again and would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful weekend away or a week exploring the Welsh wilderness.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and warm. Excellent breakfast. The hosts were helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Set in the beautiful Tywi valley in Carmarthenshire with great views from the garden and over the valley from the Bird Hide. Thank you.

Had a great 2 night stay at Bryn Hebog, My son and I toured the Brecons which is just a few miles away on a motorcycle. Undercover storage is available for your bike. Lovely quiet setting 4 miles from Carmarthen. Great breakfast and host. Felt very safe as covid precautions taken very seriously. Would highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at this very reasonably priced B&B. The room was comfortable, the breakfast excellent, the surrounding countryside lovely and Martin was a very attentive host. Finally, everything was Covid secure. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Had a lovely two night stay at Bryn Hebog. Very well organised and set up. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had access to the beautiful garden and the hide where we could watch the wildlife on the pond. It really is an amazing spot. Make sure you ask to see Martin's photos of the wildlife. They're superb. Breakfast was perfect, cooked to perfection, and the whole place was very relaxed and friendly. We ate at The White Barn one night (very much a locals' pub but great food and great value) and at Y Polyn the other. Y Polyn is a beautiful restaurant and well worth a visit. We didn't know the area but found some beautiful walks and will be back to visit the National Botanical Gardens soon. Highly recommended!
