Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wonderful B&B in the Cookstown area- easy drive to and from town but far enough away from town that it's quiet. Large bedrooms, a pleasant common room and a dining room perfect for the outstanding breakfast served by the owner! The owner was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable about the area too. There's also ample parking at the B&B! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for accommodations in the area.

Welcoming, very clean and comfortable home. Room was spacious with a sound bed and linens. Offered the use of a lounge but we had an early night. En suite bathroom well equipped and again spacious and clean. Good parking and WIFi. Superb breakfast and advice on local venues for an evening meal. Quiet and accessible. Really recommend

We had a lovely clean and freshly painted bedroom with a modern shower suite and a remarkably comfy bed! Slept so well after a late arrival to the B&B, Breakfast was the best and included fresh eggs from the hens and delicious homemade marmalade. Thanks for a lovely overnight stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at Manorview for six nights. I stayed in a moderm, spotless and well-furnished bedroom (plug sockets an plenty), with windows that open wide to let plenty of fresh air in. The bedroom is complete with an en suite wet room. Fresh towels, tea, milk and coffee is provided every day, along with shortbread. The breakfast choice is superb, Ann (host) serves up a delicious cooked breakfast, and nothing is too much trouble. The B&B is in a pleasant location surrounded by lawns, a forest park across the road, and views over to Sperrin Mountains. It is very close to the exact centre of Northern Ireland, so ideal for exploring NI by car. This B&B lives up to the other reviews here, Ann is an excellent host and it is great value for money. Highly recommended!

In the area for a family wedding. Lovely rooms- we had two twin rooms for myself and my husband and 20 year old son. Very spacious rooms, clean and bright. En suite bathrooms had plenty of towels, warm powerful showers. Toiletries provided if you needed them too! Quiet area and plenty of space to park our car. There is a guest sitting room which we used to take some pre wedding pictures, though didn’t have time to sit and relax, though it is a lovely room. Breakfast was fantastic and worth more than 5 stars. Plenty of choice and we could chose a time to have it too! You need to order before bedtime and every wish accommodated. Anne the host made us very welcome and went out of her way to drop us off in her car at the hotel where the wedding Reception was so we could leave our car back at the house after being to chapel for the ceremony. This was a very generous offer and we appreciated it so much. We could not fault anything about our stay and it was excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again when visiting relatives. A real gem in County Tyrone....thank you Anne

Stayed at Manor View for two nights and it was an absolute treat! The location is fab, just out of town so you get the most of being in the country but less than 10 min drive to the centre all the same. The B&B is purpose built with every facility you would need - spacious room & ensuite, tea/coffee facilities and toiletries, large fluffy bath towels, a sitting room just for guests, the most amazing breakfast menu and homemade shortbread biscuits!! Anne is an absolute lady & was very accommodating when we booked in late! Will definitely be back, one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed in!
