We veer towards the Carrickfergus PI when in Ireland. Can't beat the 'castle/sea' view, easy parking and location - handing for Belfast, motorways and international airport. Good size rooms, in town if you fancy venturing further. Very good wifi (ultimate) and the lounge can be a good working base during the day.

We picked this hotel as we got the ferry to larne and were meeting up with friends and this location was perfect. Nice places to eat on your doorstep and easy roads into Belfast and access to coast. Great value for 3 nights and can choose to use restaurant attached to hotel for breakfast. Very impressed.

Stayed 4 nights and used as a base to visit family and friends. Easy access to Belfast and parking on site whereas in Belfast parking more limited and expensive. Its adjacent to the Coastal Causeway Route although in my opinion this does not really start until the north side of Larne! Near to Carrickfergus Castle and marina so pleasant area...

Second time at this hotel. Both times it was clean, quiet and the service good and really good value for money. Only gripe is that the veggie sausages were cooked so badly we couldn't eat them. Definitely go back again.

I found our stay at the premier inn to be very satisfactory. As we have previously stayed at the premier inn in carrickfergus before we will most likely stay again. The quality of the rooms were very good and the location of this premier inn is fantastic.

Breathtaking views of Carrick Castle. Staff were lovely and really helpful. We were on a big family get together and had booked lots of rooms. Everyone was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Second time we have stayed here - received a warm welcome and the room was clean and tidy but wasn't one of the updated ones. Didn't eat in the restaurant but the food is always good at any of the Premier Inns.
