My wife and I stayed in the Ulex cabin as part of our honeymoon. This is by far the nicest accommodation we have ever stayed in, completely unique and absolutely spotless. Nothing beats sitting in a hot tub and looking up at the stars, we will definitely be back in the future.

A stay at Aurora is a unique and mesmerising experience! We went with my fiancé’s parents for a two night stay and couldn’t recommend it enough! As you walk in, you get the relaxing aroma of cedar wood and everything feels so cosy! We were warmly greeted by Pearl who showed us how everything worked and left us a delicious lemon drizzle cake with a fresh bottle of milk from a local farm. Everything about the cabin was perfect, from the underfloor heating to the gorgeous beds and open-plan living area! The hot tub also made for a perfect evening of relaxation. If you go, don’t forget to go outside and look at the stars on a clear night - hardly any light pollution! Go, go, go!! We will be returning!

We are just back from our beautiful stay at Aurora. Everything was 5 star and more, including the hosts, location, stunning cabins, decor, finishing touches, hot tub overlooking Rathlin island, homemade lemon cake, cleanliness, robes, Ritual bath products, mint crisp chocolates on your pillow and more. It was just perfect. The wood burning stove was stacked and ready to light, the Weber barbecue was stacked and ready to light, the fresh milk in the fridge, the Smart TV ready to go and the hot tub was ready and crystal clear. You just turn up and enjoy. We just stared often at the amazing structures and details in this building. The wild grass growing on the roof and the massive windows letting in the light and showing off the nature outside. Everything was thought out and we throughly enjoyed our stay. And it says a lot when 2 teenage boys want to go back! Well done Pearl and Archie, you have provided an amazing retreat that we will definitely be back to x The Sheehans

We had stayed in Aurora last year and immediately re booked for June for our wedding anniversary. It was a bit touch and go as to whether places would be allowed to re open but as it turned out the dates worked out exactly for us!

We were the first people to stay at Aurora after lockdown and it was exactly what we needed.
A friendly welcome from Pearl and Archie as always, very impressed with the measures they'd put in place regarding cleaning/ hygiene re covid.

Hot tub was lovely and we spotted a small birds nest hidden inside the rock just beside it - nice watching the birds coming and going whilst sitting in the hot tub with a drink!

The cottage is cosy and very well appointed - everything you could want really.

Pearl and Archie had given us tips regarding what restaurants were providing delivery meals and also took in our meal for us then dropped it up. The bear and the butterfly definitely to be recommended but you do need to book a week in advance.

We will definitely be staying again sometime soon- highly recommended!

We stayed at Aurora back at the end of July, start of August for 3 nights. Sorry for the late review, crazy life has just got in the way!

I couldn't recommend Aurora enough! Firstly the communication with Pearl from the get go was amazing, with Corona virus pushing back our stay until the following month we were updated every step and looked after so well.

Arriving to Aurora we were welcomed by Pearl who is the nicest lady, she let us know about all the precautions they have taken in regards to Corona virus the cabin was extremely spotless and put us at ease instantly! She even left us a few treats which was a lovely touch!

We stayed in the Ulex cabin and I can only say WOW! You will never see anything more stunning! The views, the decor absolutely everything we needed was there. The pictures don't even do it justice you need to see it in real life to just see and feel how stunning it is. We felt so relaxed and loved our stay so much we have booked another 3 nights for the end of November!

It was very private and we were left to do our own thing which was lovely. If we needed Pearl for anything at all she was more than happy to help.

We have recommended Aurora to our friends and family and a few have already booked and enjoyed their stay as much as we did. Couldn't praise it enough!

Thank you for having us and for the outstanding service! We look forward to being back soon.

Lindsay and Cian.

A fantastic location and unforgettable accommodation. Our cabin was spacious but cosy and pristine, with panoramic views across the North Coast countryside. A beautiful, light and airy kitchen/living space with everything you could need and more (thanks Pearl for the delicious cake). The cabin is full of unique character and we enjoyed a completely relaxing and peaceful stay which, of course, included an indulgent, night time soak in the hot tub beneath the stars, just breathtaking. Couldn't recommend highly enough, a real treat.

Wow, what a find. Stayed 2 nts Feb. This cabin is abs spotless, warm & high spec.
On arrival, we got good advice from lovely Pearl on the local area, recommend Giants Causeway & coast rd to see how stunning this area is. We had plans to eat out in the evenings but nowhere would have been as peaceful & gorgeous as the cabin, so, after a chill in the hot tub staring at the beautiful views, we ate in with btl of vino & chilled by fire. Not felt this relaxed for a long time.
Fallen in love with area & friendly people so will def return in future.

Absolutely fantastic experience in this beautiful log cabin, loved everything about it, from the delicious home made lemon drizzle cake on arrival to the spacious and spotlessly clean cabin and hot tub. Pearl was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information. Honestly, one of the experiences ever, can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks to Pearl and Archie for their meticulous attention to detail, loved every minute of it.

Had the best well deserved 2 nights break at Aurora! Pearl was so welcoming and showed us around the place to make sure we are comfortable with how everything works. A gorgeous lemon drizzle cake was there to greet us, perfect with a cup of tea after a long drive. Beautiful and truly therapeutic scenery. A wonderful luxurious get away indeed!
