Clean, comfortable and very welcoming b&b situated in the centre of the village with a good restaurant next door and live trad music in (Johnny Joes) bar down the street. We had a very relaxing weekend and the wonderful hosts Pat and Anne remembered us from our last visit 18 months ago! Very good breakfast and highly recommended.

We were made very welcome by our hosts Pat and Ann. Comfy room and excellent breakfast. Had dinner next door at Harry's Bar which was very good and spent the evening in friendly local pub Lurig.
We would recommend, it was so friendly

Riverside was my second choice of B&B, as the first (The Meadows) hadn't returned emails or messages for about three weeks (they did, after I had already made other arrangements with Riverside). It was a great choice!

The hosts are both very sweet and personable. Pat is very knowledgeable about the local area, and is happy to sit and chat with you about places to go visit and explore. The breakfasts were tasty, the location RIGHT in town. It doesn't have off-street parking, but we never had any problems finding a close by parking spot to the B&B. It is literally three doors down from Johnny Joe's pub, which has traditional music and pints. Harry's, restaurant in the other direction, and Half Door take-away has tasty food. There's a small grocery store a half block away.

The room was about standard sized (we had a double) with impeccable and tasteful decor - purples, blacks and white, an oriental motif with gingko leaves and subtle wallpaper. The only drawback was in the bathroom - the motion sensor that kept the light on didn't see into the shower very well, so if you didn't move much, the lights went out until you waved your hands a bit. This is countered by putting on the little light over the sink while you shower. That drawback did little to dent our lovely stay.

There is a small, cozy lounge with a warm, toasty fire on cold and rainy nights, and a TV to relax with. Free WiFi, great location - all wins.

Cushendall itself is a sweet little town, with a cool ruined church on the coast (Layd Church) and a lovely coastal walk - hard to find, but worth it!

We have nothing negative to say. From arrival to departure all very positive. Warm welcome, spotless establishment, tasteful decor, comfortable room and bed, very modern ensuite modern flat screen tv well appointed residents lounge and a cracking ulster breakfast. A very professional guest house. Nothing was a miss. Many other places would do well to take a leaf out of your book
Hope to be back, Martin and Marie, Coventry.

I stayed here with my family of four in late October. We hadn’t booked in advance but we’re lucky enough to get two en suite rooms last minute. What a lovely B&B! It’s located in the centre of the little town, right beside the iconic bar and restaurant, Harry’s. The rooms were very comfortable and warm (and we’re used to keeping our house very warm) and everything was extremely clean and neat. We had free WiFi too and complimentary snacks and coffee. On top of this, the hosts, Pat and Anne were so lovely! They made us a delicious full Irish breakfast in the morning, asking us specifically about our tastes. Our stay was brilliant from start to finish and was definitely made more memorable by the friendly hosts. I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone visiting Cushendall or the Giant’s Causeway!

Despite being out of season and turning up unannounced, very welcoming, comfortable and cosy. Good big breakfast and helpful advice on where to go next. Harry's next door provided a great meal despite being virtually empty. Just the job!

Very comfortable rooms with all the expected facilities - and more. Good choice and quality of breakfast. The friendly couple who run this establishment are clearly experienced and professional about their B&B business, but also chatty and personal, making for a very pleasant stay. A particular feature which I liked is a PC in the breakfast room which shows a series of local photos, accompanied by discreet and melodious Irish music. So much more imaginative than those B&Bs which play the radio in the morning! Would definitely recommend to others, and would return here on a subsequent visit.

We stayed here the night of our wedding and the night after that and honestly we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The couple who run this place are kind, welcoming and so helpful. They had made a special fuss of us and all our guests who were part of the wedding, really showing us a proper Irish welcome. The breakfast was excellent and the facilities were spotless and tastefully decorated. You couldn't get better in terms of location and we're only waiting for another excuse to go back and stay again. Thank you so much in making our special day even more special!

I had the pleasure of staying with Pat and his family when I attended a wedding in the area this summer. An extremely welcoming host, his breakfasts certainly set you up for a day of Guinness at an Irish wedding! Very cute, clean and comfortable accommodation, it really felt like you were welcomed in by them all.
