We went had an alright time here. The first night we were put into a very small room with a burner outside the window. The window was frosted glass and didn't open very far so room was stuffy. However after we spoke to the receptionist they were very helpful and professional, moving us up a floor to a lovely light...

Positives: - the location is great - staff are very friendly - breakfast was good - room was clean Negatives: - as others have commented, Wi-Fi is in reception only - location of my room in the hotel meant I had no mobile phone reception - my room was right beside a burner of some sort and was noisy A...

Awful is the only word I can use to describe. A seaside town is naturally cold in January, but combine this with a freezing hotel room and you have trouble. The heating was not working at all and it was so cold. There is no lift making it really difficult if you are disabled. The member of staff that was...

The Port Hotel is right on the main street of Portrush right in the Town Centre which is just fantastically convenient! It's a small -medium sized Hotel with a nice bar with both friendly and helpful staff in bar and at reception. The rooms are quiet basic but more importantly I found them clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was...

Just the one complaint was about the shower in the room....it took ages to warm up&when it did the water trickled out. But apart from that a lovely little hotel..thou some...

My husband and I visited this hotel for a meal on a recent stay in the town. They had a special menu consisting of 3 courses for the price of your main course. We both thought the food was beautiful and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend a visit if you're in portrush. The waiting staff are very friendly...

Stayed here the first night on a trip into Northern Ireland. Nice hotel, basic, clean, no frills. went offsite for food as the in hotel restaurant didn't offer much of a menu. Parking can be a bit of a pain, since you have to basically find a spot on the street. If you are doing 1 night in the area,...

In the heart of Portrush close to golf and all the coastal sights! The room was very clean and people accommodating. The wi-fi is only in the lobby or the restaurant. They have a very nice cellar bar. It comes with an Irish Breakfast as well.
