My boyfriend and I stayed at the Carrick on Saturday past and it was an amazing stay! Scott is a fab host - so attentive & welcoming. He greeted us with a drink on arrival and even gave us a lift into town that evening. The room itself was beautiful & the bath was a luxury! The small details in the room made the difference, like the dressing gowns, coffee machine and chocolate bars. Breakfast was also brilliant - we couldn't have asked for more. I'll definitely be back!

To put it bluntly this the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Throughout our stay (four nights) everything was top notch. The rooms are immaculate yet homely, there is a wide range of breakfasts available and all are delicious and the hotel is based close to town (a short walk along the seafront) yet just far enough away from the centre to avoid the worst of the noise and traffic. Scott was always quick to help out and recommend local places to visit, including some hidden gems! Also important to note that all covid precautions were taken (sanitising stations, staggered breakfast times, etc.). I guarantee that if you stay at The Carrick you will not regret it.

Nearly 2 years ago we stayed here the night we got engaged and then we had the most welcoming stay, Scott couldnt do enough for us and from the moment we walked in till when we left everything was perfect, so we decided to come back and once again everything was 5-star, first class host, comfortable beds, clean rooms/B&B and not to mention the breakfast which cant be matched, we hope The Carrick continues to be a success as we plan on staying here many more times in the future!!

A great place to stay for a visit to Portrush. We booked the Lissanoure Suite for two nights and it was well worth doing. Lovely and clean and plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was top class. The owner couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommended
