Spent two nights here. Great facilities, friendly staff, excellent choice of food and plenty of it. Rooms are comfortable, clean, cosy and most important, very quiet. A short drive to the centre of the town and within easy reach of various places of interest in the area. Terrific hotel and great value for money.

We were here for the Sunday carvery but doubt we will be in a rush back! The system is that you pay for your meal at reception and then you are taken into the dining room! There is very little that is welcoming about this system, especially when you are met by a guy called William who probably should not... More

Very good location and very quiet for myself and my wife to relax, our room was a nice size and very clean. We ate in the restraunt and enjoyed a nice meal. The breakfast the next day was nice also. I can't complain about anything and we will definitely stay again..

I have stayed and the hotel a handful of times now and always have a restful stay. The rooms are modern, clean and have all you would need for a comfortable night. Communal areas are comfortable if dated, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are fresh, cooked to order and tasty. Car parking is plentiful.

Lovely sized rooms however stains on both my bedsheet and my towels which I was less than impressed about. Black stains on the carpet that looked like black chewing gum but I don't believe it was that. Pillows were not overly comfortable. Breakfast table was missing items such as tea spoons, adequate number of cups, breakfast wasn't overly impressive from... More

Okay location just outside Portrush (taxi about £5 into town centre.) Hotel a bit dated and our room was not very clean - hair in Bath and on towels, marks on bedsheets and a fake finger nail left on the floor but cheap.

Last night we decided to have a meal before an event that was being held in the hotel. Having eaten here at various functions I thought I would have a quick bite in the bar. It took ages for the waitress to acknowlege we were in the bar and 30 mins for our Stir Fry to be cooked after we... More

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with local maps, travel guides and even coupons to Bushmills Distillery. The room and bath were large, but dated furniture. The bedding definitely needs updating. Coffee and tea in the room, soap and hand lotion in the bath. Free parking. 2 minute drive to a Lidl supermarket, less than 5 minutes to... More

Hotel is lovely but Reception staff were just okay!! Bedrooms are fine but the beds need replaced...very squeaky. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. It is self service with the food not having steel covers on to keep warm. We had no milk or teaspoons on our table so had to find these ourselves.
