My daughter and I stayed one night before a visit to Bath University. Sadly arrived after 9pm so couldn't take advantage of surroundings. Twin room was so lovely with lots of little touches that made it very homely and welcoming (e.g. Free wifi, bottles of water, extra heater, toiletries, books amongst many others). Slept so much better than at home!...

Room very comfortable with independent entrance. Ample parking. Charming owner and delicious breakfasts. Delightful hearing the ducks. A short drive from Bath, an even shorter drive from Bradford on Avon and walking distance from the nearest village with an excellent gastropub.

Stunning location on a working farm with equestrian facilities for livery. Beautiful room that screams tasteful ; could be used in the Farrow & Ball or Laura Ashley catalogue was my impression. Friendly lovely host. 100% recommend

Great Ashley deserves its reputation. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, quiet and a great breakfast. The ingredients for the breakfast are all locally sourced. The owner is fun to talk to. My wife especially enjoyed the warm bathroom! I think an early booking for your visit would be a good idea.It is very popular.

Stayed for 3 nights. Own entrance to room was lovely. Very, very peaceful. Helen was a lovely host with lots of local knowledge and insider tips! Breakfasts were good. Close to Bradford on Avon for direct trains to Bath in just 15 minutes. Only downside was very narrow lanes leading to property - fine until you met something coming other...
