Centrally located Hotel serving good Thai food but with ‘compact ‘ bedrooms that are a bit on the tired side. Friendly staff, decent breakfast and reasonable value for money. The Green Man festival was on during our stay at various locations around the town, featuring stalls, Morris dancing, belly dancers and was very lively and entertaining.

This was the third time we've stayed at The Swan Hotel during the last 12 months. It's a charming hotel and the staff are always welcoming. I'd recommend the Swan Hotel as it provides outstanding value within the beautiful town of B-O-A.

My second visit to this hotel. Very good value for money, and excellent breakfasts. However, we did experience bar staff being forgetful and distracted, and reception staff glued to screens thereby sacrificing customer contact. Not my experience on an earlier visit, so a little disappointed.....

We stayed at The Swan Hotel for a couple of nights. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and we had a lovely Thai meal in the restaurant. The hotel itself is a mixture of weird and wonderful rooms, stairs and corridors. Our bedroom was clean but it needs a bit of ‘talc’ and care and attention. There is a car park at the rear of the hotel and this is a big bonus in this sometimes busy town.

This place has everything you could possibly want, they do great cocktails and have an amazing selections of Gin! The staff were exceptional and the food was amazing, the Thai menu shocked us a bit but being an avid Thai food eater I have to say you cannot get anymore authentic than this. (At such a good price too!) We had a great visit and would definitely come again
