We stayed here two nights and found the accommodation, clean and comfortable, and ideally placed to explore the Peak District. Breakfast was substantial and tasty. Bed was comfy, and the view from the window was lovely. Mike and Ruth were very pleasant hosts and we felt very much at home.

We stayed here for 2 nights & found it to be excellent. Our hosts were delightful & welcoming. Our room with an en suite was very clean & most comfortable. Breakfast was substantial in a lovely conservatory. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in a very beautiful part of the world. I would recommend this B&B very highly to anyone...

A friend and I stayed at Timbers partway through the Pride of the Peak Walk from Bakewell. We were made to feel very welcome and the jacuzzi bath in the bathroom did wonders for our aching muscles! The breakfast was excellent, with fresh grapefruit being a rare treat. I would definitely recommend Timbers.

We had the twin room, which is not en suite, but had a bathroom next door (shower over the bath) and white fluffy bathrobes hanging on bedroom the door for our use. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well with no noise to disturb us....
