My husband and I visited for New Year staying in one of the en suite cabins and wow what a peaceful retreat from normal life it is.

The cabin was immaculate and nicely presented overlooking the valley. The site is really looked after and easy to access, it has its own walking track and a pond which I can imagine is lovely to sit around in the warmer months

We arrived in thick fog and rain so didn't get chance for stargazing but that didn't bother us once we were in the cosy cabin.

I did worry that it might be too cold for glamping at this time of year but the wood burning stove kept us toasty all night long.

The cooking facility on the site looks good as there's no facility in the cabin to cook, we didn't use this however.

We were prepared with party snacks for new years eve and drove into the near by Pateley Bridge for a lovely Sunday lunch and walk around the town.

The cabin had a nice complimentary basket of hot drinks and biscuits with fresh milk from the farms dairy cows. We thought that was a lovely touch.

Little Seed Field is an absolute gem of a place if you are looking for peace and quiet surrounded by nature.

We will definitely returning in the warmer months. Thank you to Joanne and the team, its a lovely site you have.

Little Seed Field is located in the most stunning setting, over looking rolling hills. We went as two families for two nights but ended up extending our stay as it was so lovely. Each morning you are woken by natural light and birdsong which makes you feel relaxed and refreshed. Beds were very comfortable, nice snuggly duvets and a log fire added to our experience. Facilities were very clean and contained everything we needed. It was a great, safe place for the children to explore and spend time being children. We went on a couple of great walks from the site but also made the most of the location and used the supplied BBQ/ fire pits to cook on. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet stay to recharge your batteries we couldn't recommend Little Seed Field enough. Joanne was on hand throughout our stay to help with any queries we had. You won't be disappointed

What a little gem that we found! We were looking for a pet friendly family holiday that wasn't too far away just for a couple days, and we wished we'd stayed a whole week! We stayed at the Meadowsweet cabin, and it had a log burner and ensuite with a large shower. There was plenty of room for us as a couple and 7 year old child with our dachshund. It was quite rainy during our stay but we managed to get out for some local hikes to see some waterfalls and then retired to our cosy cabin and set the fire on. Absolute perfection and we can't wait to return.

Visited at the start of half term, perfect break with two little ones. Very safe, clean and perfect. Amenities spotless, shared kitchen area, very spacious and we enjoyed making food on a miserable rainy day. Will certainly be booking again. An extremely safe venue . Thank you

We stayed here as part of a wedding party in August.

Glamping pods: Wonderful experience. I had an en suite pod and not only was it beautiful, it was extremely well appointed, the bed beautifully comfortable and everywhere spotlessly clean. Would recommend in a heart beat. In spite of the searing heat of the weekend, the pod was well ventilated and beautifully cool at night. The setting was second to none.

As a wedding venue: Perfection. The setting for this wedding was down by a pond and jetty. Truly outstanding. There is also a barn for weddings in bad weather.

We were also delighted to meet the friendly labrador who lives on the farm and extremely fortunate to be staying there for two night's of the five night meteor shower. We were treated to a number of falling stars and able to track meteors in the dark sky setting.

Joanne could not have been more helpful and all in all it was a perfect weekend. If you want to get away from hustle and bustle, this is the place to go. Would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time at the little Seed Field Dark Skies Event with Go Stargazing. The accommodations is fantastic, brilliant little log burner and an spacious en-suite. The bunk beds were large enough for my teenage boys and the added bonus of electricity to keep their phones charged!! The setting is lovely and peaceful with everything you need for a glamping weekend. Joanne took us around the milking sheds to see the cows being milked and to see the calves. This made my youngest a weekend so thank for taking the time to do this for us.

Absolutely loved our stqy. It was perfect from start to finish. We arrived and everything we ordered was waiting in our lovely little cabin.

It was perfectly clean and tidy and the mattress and duvet were the best I've ever had. So much so that I ordered them when I arrived home. Thete were plenty of teas, coffee and biscuit treats in or cabin and a little note to let us know that our very own fresh milk was labelled and waiting for us in the communal fridge. The log burning stove kicked out an amazing amount of heat. So don't worry if you forget your pj's. The bathroom and shower were lovely too and the water pressure and temperature were perfect.
It was so peaceful and quiet and very relaxing, walking around the land the the cabins are set in. Even our 9 year old had a great time and wants to go again next weekend!

The lovely little village of pately bridge was a 10 minute drive away and had plenty of quant little shops and places to eat.

I honestly can't find fault with little seed field. The lady I have dealt with ,Joanne was great. She was on hand if we needed her, but left us alone to enjoy our stay if we didn't. I will definitely be booking again and would've asked if we could've extended our stay if it hadn't been for school and work commitments.

Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you for one of the nicest and most memorable weekends.

We stayed for two nights with our 2 year old daughter in March.

We stayed in Meadowsweet cabin as it had an en-suite. The cabin and en-suite were immaculate and hot water was not an issue. lovely warm shower!!

The log burner comfortably kept the cabin warm through the night and was a little cool in the morning but soon warmed up once the burner was on. Take enough wood to use in a morning.

We didn’t use the shared facilities but they looked very clean and tidy. Equipment provided was great. Everything you needed.

We used the local chip shop which was Kirkby Fisheries, they had loads of choice and you could order online to pick up. Only 5 mins drive.

Great views and felt very private.

We've stayed here several times now, along with our dogs and we can't praise it enough. It's the perfect place get away from it all, and you are always guaranteed peace and quiet with beautiful views. The cabins are well equipped and cosy, the communal areas are spotless and Joanne the host could not do enough for you. Infact we loved it here so much we decided to get married on site! We had the most magical day and our guests were stunned by the venue. Little Seed will always be a special place for us and we look forward to many more visits to come.
