Lovely well run, clean and cared for caravan site. Good access, very helpful staff, good amenities and good central location. Lovely swimming pool and a nice well stocked site shop. The camp site offer to pitch your caravan by their experienced staff, which I would recommend taking them up on the offer. Would recommend.

Was an accessible and easy to navigate site. had plentyy of amenities available, and is set in beautiful surroundings. The caravan was new clean and taken care of, hot tub was well maintained and instructions on checkin were great. lots to do both locally and within reasonable traveling distances. would recommend boat rental at Beer, Sidmouth is a nice laid back walk and beach visit. Haynes museum is good for the car enthusiast..... best attraction hands down is Exmoor Zoo, bit of a trek but a must. what could be better; WiFi at the site is sporadic in cover and speed. But better than nothing. The pool could do with a bit better heating and the"emergency shop" albeit a great help if you've forgotten something could be better stocked. We really enjoyed the holiday and would definitely visit again. The site is testament to the great work, high standards and effort put in at the site.

We stayed in a caravan which had his own hot tub next to playground which meant that we could keep and eye on our kids while they were playing and we parents were relaxing. Game room needs refurb lots of broken pool table had no tips..swimming pool was very nice however most people don't rinse themselves before jumping in I saw a lady had lots of mud and grass stuck to her feet but just removed her cloth and jumped in without shower first despite the notice says shower first. Some parents brought their babies in without correct pool nappy....staff was very friendly and helpful great bar and pizza was very tasty. Will visit and recommend definitely.

We stayed in one of the Orchard Retreat static lodges. The place was very clean and in a quiet location with good views over the valley. We all loved the hot tub which was checked twice daily for chorine levels. When you leave the whole hot tub gets drained and cleaned for the next guests. The lodge comes fully equipped, large fridge and freezer if you want to do your own cooking etc. We also went to the the Ploughman's bar which is onsite and has a variety of food to choose from. Kids loved the pizza. The play park is right behind Ploughman's so you can sip cider and ensure the kids are enjoying themselves too. We also used the pool everyday which was never too busy. The pool is also open from 8am to 8pm. Location is pretty central for trips to place like Lyme Regis, Seaton etc. We visited Axmouth, Beer, Beer Caves, Branscombe, Budleigh Salterton, Charmouth, Lyme Regis, Portland, Seaton, Sidmouth etc. Overall great place to stay, nice and clean, helpful staff, onsite bar and food and pretty central to places to visit.

We had a fantastic stay at the Andrewshayes orchard retreat. We stayed in one of the hot tub lodges which was on a quiet peaceful part of the park with fantastic views. It was within easy walking distance to the pool, park and pub. The kids loved the swimming pool and park which we used on a few occasions. We visited the pub on a number of occasions when we were greeted with a friendly welcome, the food and drinks were very good. The kids enjoyed the activities such as kids bingo and disco evenings which the staff put a lot of effort into. This park is within easy reach of a number of seaside towns, our favourite being Lyme Regis, west bay is also a lovely little town. We would recommend Andrewshayes and we will definitely be back!!!

Just came back from a lovely stay on the Rally field,it was our first trip away with our caravan. It was perfect that the staff towed our caravan to our pitch. On-site our kids aged 5 and 7 loved the pool. There were sunloungers and tables around so was perfect for relaxing. The bar is located next to the play park which was ideal to watch the children play whilst we sat in the beer garden. We ate at the Ploughman’s a few times and the food was excellent especially the pizzas and burgers. After reading previous reviews about the coffee man we made a joke about it and he explained that coffee and teas were served during breakfast, however it was only instant coffee and tea. We found all the staff in the bar and park very helpful and always went above and beyond. We did have breakfast baps on the Saturday which were nice and a coffee with it. Andrewshayes is also a great base for local beaches and attractions. My boys particularly loved fossil hunting at Lyme Regis. Make sure you go to the Monmouth beach side as this seemed to be the favoured beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our first camping trip an easy, fun experience.

Stayed here for the first time with my family. (Partner and 2 young kids) great location and close to all the local amenities. We used the swimming pool which was ok but definitely needs a few updates. At the further end of the pool the tiles were Stained black with mould and the floor in the baby pool is some kind of Lino that is lifting in places making it very uneven for small children to walk around on. The showers looked clean but the pool area definitely needs a good clean and revamp! Mini soft play was nice for the kids. We went for a breakfast in the cafe onsite for our second morning. We was disappointed to find they do not do any hot drinks. Ive never known a cafe not serve tea or coffee at breakfast time! (It was on the menu!) see attached !! Vending machine broken no coffee coming out! We ended up going to a breakfast place around the corner called the grazing cow. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a while and they done lovely coffee! Highly recommended!!! Had some food on the evening in the ploughman’s bar, gentleman behind bar looked to be giving a refund to another customer and was very rude as we was trying to make our order. He was definitely having a bad day!!! Luckily I got a sense of humour so I just let it go over my head! Ordered a curry which was decent enough. Kids enjoyed their food. I will definitely come back to the area again, but I would stay somewhere else.

We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed East Devon and our lovely area. We have followed up your review and ensured that extra checks are made to the swimming pool cleaning schedule especially when we are very busy. With regards to the breakfast the coffee and teas are self service so it is possible you were not advised of this clearly and missed them so we apologise if that was the case, we are pleased you also supported one of our favourite local cafes, The Grazing Cow is definitely worth a visit.

A lovely, spacious, clean site. Located well for all local attractions with nice facilities and helpful staff. We stayed in Orchard Retreat and the caravan was great, very well equipped and super comfy plus we had the addition of a hot tub which was great, very well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the pool, playground and mini arcade. Unlike other reviews on here we think the pool was great and definitely not in need of any improvement. Also all the staff were super friendly and very helpful and patient with two little boys that wanted to ask lots of questions! And I had a lovely chat with the man working behind the bar, didn’t find him to be anything other than polite and personable. Maybe he just has a sense of humour that others can’t appreciate:) Also there is a coffee machine in the conservatory and a Starbucks just down the road so… All in all despite the weather we had a great time and would definitely recommend to he site to others.

This is our second time here ,Just came back from a wonderful family holiday at andrewshayes holiday park.we took our own caravan and i have to say this site is perfect for us .the touring pitch we had was perfect plenty of space between other tourers lovely trees and bushes for privacy. Love that the staff get the tractors out to put you on your pitch ( I wish every site did this ). Staff are so helpful and friendly. the shower blocks are lovely and clean nice hot water ,the dog run is amazing the football pitch is great ,well thought out . Great arcade for kids and the little shop is well equipped. Pool is so nice and plenty of space in there for everyone with tables and chairs and sun loungers and a viewing area with a coffee machine if you have a dog .The bar staff all are friendly and helpful the girls doing the food are fantastic pizzas are amazing my son loves these and the puddings wow . We had the kids bingo the one night and it was so much fun. the bar staff too was so good like i said the staff here will do everything in there power to make sure you have a brilliant experience here. The kids park is perfect while the children play you can sit in the pub or the pub garden and you can see them safely .perfect spot. Ideal location as it's on 15 mins away from Lyme Regis, beer,Seaton . Tesco's if you should need petrol or othe things is 10 mins away. This site has many different options to stay but it never felt over crowded . Lovely peaceful site at night to. Myself, husband, son, daughter, and dog will be back . thank you and see you next year x

Lovely area with beautiful beaches near by, nice little amusements on-site with a mini soft play. Swimming pool could do with updating. I love how the chickens walk around the site. Cafe onside lovely with a good menus choice. Although in the morning I asked for a coffee and the man behind the bar said they are not doing coffees this morning. I went back on the evening and he said they are still not doing coffees - despite the fact it’s on the menu. He was very rude mannered at every interaction and not very helpful or welcoming. Which is a shame as all the other staff are lovely. Other than that. Thanks for a lovely stay.
