Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Situated on a small retail park and near a road but windows had secondary double glazing so there was no noise disturbance. Room was clean and had air conditioning with views of Rhuddlan castle in the distance but the castle was closed when I visited.
The day bed in this room had been replaced by a tub chair which I found very hard & uncomfortable so had to sit on the bed which was not ideal.
TV was ok here with a reasonable number of channels but again I couldn't connect to the free wi-fi ( I'd also had problems with it at Glan Conwy ) although it worked perfectly at Holyhead Thanks to Jayne on reception who tried to sort it out for me.
There is a nice little nature reserve/walk across the main road or if you prefer a longer walk go down to the bridge where you can join the cycle path which takes you along the river Clwyd to Rhyl (3 miles)
There is an Aldi & several fast food outlets on the retail park but The Table Table restaurant food is very good and reasonably priced. All in all an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is actually at a great location for visiting the North Wales coastline. Rhyl, Prestatyn, and Colwyn bay are all in easy reach.

The price we paid was very reasonable for an Easter bank holiday. The room was comfortable and clean but the shower water temp varied quite a bit.

The hotel has no lift so if you have mobility issues ensure that you make a reservation for a ground floor room.

I cannot speak highly enough about the attached restaurant. We had 5 meals there 3 breakfast 2 evening meals. All really good quality and service.

The breakfast was cooked to order and was really great considering the muck we endured at an alleged 4 star hotel 2 weeks prior

We stayed here for two nights whilst going to a Wedding. Checked in around 4pm on the Friday, with help from Jayne who was very friendly and polite. We left around 11am on the Sunday Morning. Had tea on the Friday and breakfast Saturday/Sunday at Table Table next door. The breakfast was part of the deal for unlimited breakfast. We booked breakfast for 10am each day and it was lovely, both cooked and continental.

Car park can get rather busy so something to consider.

The room itself was good, decent sized bathroom and the bed was a standard double. Hand soap provided in the bathroom and a two in one dispenser for shampoo and shower gel. I prefer bringing my own but a good addition in case you forget your own. Although Aldi is also across the car park so a good area to stay in all in all.
Hair dryer, hand towel and bath towel and mat provided also, as well as kettle and a small supply of tea and coffee and milk in the room. I imagine more can be requested at reception.

Air con worked well and other appliances/amenities in the room.

Food from Table Table can also be sent to rooms. They display which items can be in the menu provided in the rooms.

Would definitely stay there again!

This premier Inn is a good location for visiting North Wales Conway coast also as a stop off point for visiting further south. We have used premier inn many times and they always give top value. However I have to say the continental buffet breakfast as it is now is not good. It used to be but now has such a limited range it's worth giving it a miss and using a local cafe. The evening meal again offers limited choice on a meal deal and service at this inn leaves a lot to be desired. The food is good but has incredibly slow service. Staff need asking two or three times before your items arrive. Overall value for money but standards at the restaurant are definitely slipping

Comfortable, clean and quiet hotel. The lighting in the rooms, in common with most hotels these days, is very poor. Easy to find from the North Wales expressway. Well situated for the hospital, though this was not the purpose of my visit on this occasion but it has been in the past. The Table Table restaurant is conveniently located next door and there are a couple more eating places very close by. There is also an Aldi store across the car park

I had to come to Wales, with my husband and adult daughter for a family funeral, I have had to shield through the pandemic so I phoned ahead to discuss my worries. I spoke to Jayne who was so lovely and so helpful she was amazing and it was so good to meet her in person! The hotel felt very safe (Covid wise) and hand sanitizer was available at all times. Check in was easy as was checking out! Despite the circumstances we enjoyed our stay as we were made to feel very welcome, Jayne is an absolute credit to Premier Inn.

Great one night stay at this hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Will be booking again. If you need more tea and coffee just ask the desk. Also if you need the room cleaned or more pillows towels etc just ask reception and they will sort it out for you.

I needed somewhere to stay when on business in North Wales. I chose this hotel partially for its location and partially because Premier Inn usually have a high standard, particularly cleanliness (which is important to me).

This particular Premier Inn exceeded those standards, and staff were particularly friendly, helpful and made me feel genuinely welcomed.

My one niggle was the wifi, which even at the "ultimate" setting (£5 per day extra) kept on dropping out, which meant that a Teams call with my client was interrupted several times.

A perfect location for walkers, cyclists and fun seekers. This hotel is located next door to a pub, KFC and an Aldi. Rhuddlan is a central location with its own castle. The staff are so helpful and welcoming, especially Jayne who we saw most days. Jayne ensured that we had everything we needed and also have us tips on where to cycle. A clean and tidy hotel with no lift so be prepared for stairs. Triple glazing helps with what could be a busy area and roads. Due to staying during Covid there was no room cleaning but staff ensured that all guidelines were met and overall fantastic value for money in this beautiful area of Wales.
