Very good hotel with big and clean rooms in national style. The staff is kind. Delicious and cheap food, traditional cuisine. Interesting places to visit near Zlatograd. I recommend it for family trips.

If you are looking for budget limited stay in Zlatograd I can recommend definitely Alexandrov's houses. Even meals offering in their restaurant are for affordable prices with quite big portions. We haven't had a chance to try the spa, only the indoor pool in the newest facility of Alexandrov's houses. Zlatograd in general is a good place for a relaxing...

We slept at the Pachilov hause, which is around 200 years old and the feeling is nice. The house is made of stone and is very cool even during hot summer. The garden and the common parts of the house are fully preserved and it was very pleasant for me to stay there. The wifi Is slow. The bathroom was...

I was in this wonderful hotel with my family. In fact these are a few old houses in the Ethnographic Area Complex, organized as convenient places for relax or holidays. The furnishing of the houses is in the old style, as it was the characteristic time of 18-19 century. But it has its charm. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is...

We was visiting friends in Zlatograd for 2 days. On our arriving everything was fine. We get the keys and go to the rooms. We paid full price and we have breakfast and we can use the SPA. Rooms was fine, clean in old stile with clean and nice bathroom and that is all. Breakfast was awful. We can choose...

The hotel is built in the traditional 19th century Bulgarian style, but with contemporary amenities. The rooms are a little bit tiny, but still comfortable. The service is polite and helpful, also in the restaurant. As far as I know, this is the only hotel with outdoor swimming pool in Zlatograd which is a great plus in the summer. I...

Alexandrov's House is a nice building within the ethnographic complex. I recently stayed for a few nights with my wife. Our room was small, but adequate, the bathroom in good repair and comfortable, though a few things could have been cleaner. There were no double beds available so we had two separated singles in our room. They were comfortable enough,...

Set in the Etinographical Area, this hotel is a nice example of the architecture, inside and out. Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent bathroom and shower. Good views. The beds were a bit saggy and creaky, though. Dining room and dinner, good but breakfast was a bit limited and scant. All in all, value for money and a pleasant stay.

We stayed here overnight on our way from Bulgaria to Greece. We had tried to make a reservation on the web site, but we got no confirmation in time, and when we arrived, the hotel said they had received nothing. Fortunately there was a double room available in one of the annexes to the main hotel, which was just across...

That was really good hotel. Nice and clean, the service is perfect. Nice and quite place. Kitchen was really good. The only bad thing that I can think of is part of the road to Zlatograd. I am totally impressed and for sure will visit again.
