The hosts of 2 Mile Lodge know the meaning of 100 thousand welcomes!! One of our favorite stays, thanks to our host, Patricia, who is very funny. After Patricia’s warm welcome, we went to our rooms to settle in, and my adult daughter smiled and said, “I just love her!” The welcome, the food, the rooms, the views, were all A+. It was the only place we stayed that provided adapters, and a luggage rack! If anyone would like to know how to run a B & B, they should check this place out to see how it’s done, and done well!! We arrived strangers, but felt we left as friends. My only regret is that we didn’t have an extra day to enjoy Kenmare more. It was more of a stop along the way, but it’s a super cute town deserving time dedicated to exploring it!

Everything about this lovely B &B was perfect. We felt like we were visiting friends. Trish and Ray, the owners, their 2 sweet dogs, their well cared for property, it’s superb location to Kenmare village, etc, etc. Book this property if traveling the Wild Atlantic Way in Ireland-you will be treated so well!!! Highly recommend!!!

It was the best stay ever in a B&B! We stayed there five nights from 24th July on and everything was just perfect. The room was always clean, the breakfast was unbelievable good and Patricia was the best host we ever had. We definitely will return here!

I stayed with at this B&B with my 3 kids for 1 night, then my husband joined us on the second night as he was doing a 4 day cycle passing through the area. It is the nicest place we have ever stayed and that is all down to the gorgeous host Patricia and the beautiful welcoming homely atmosphere she has created. The breakfast was amazing, the food was top quality and all tastes were catered for. The room was clean, spacious, warm and comfortable. Patricia went above and beyond and actually took my husbands soaking wet cycling gear and had it washed and dried by the next morning! My kids adored the stay and could have stayed chatting to Patricia all day, I literally had to drag them away when we had to leave! I could not recommend this B & B highly enough.

We were meant to stay at 2 Mile Lodge last week but due to an unforeseen medical emergency we had to cancel our trip. I can't to thank Patricia enough for being so understanding and cannot wait until we get a chance to re-book the fabulous 2 Mile Lodge. Regards Martin McNicholas

Our family of 5 stayed with host Patricia for two nights on our way back from Tralee heading to Wexford. The hospitality we received I can honestly say was fantastic, Patricia is an amazing host who goes above & beyond to make you feel very welcome. Never had such an amazing breakfast like it with such great choice & my three teenagers relishing the fresh pancakes. Really enjoyed our stay & cannot recommend Two Mile Lodge highly enough. Thank you again Patricia 👍

I stayed recently with my husband and teenage son. We had two rooms which where spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms were spacious with lovely touches and tea/coffee in the room and TV. The hosts Patricia and Ray were really friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was fit for a king and my teenager was so impressed with pancakes and Nutella. The house is in a beautiful location just outside the town of Kenmare so lovely and quiet. The garden is really well kept with a lovely outside patio where you can sit and watch the birds feed under the tree nearby. I would highly recommend this property. All Covid guidelines were well adhered to so we felt very safe.

My family stayed with host Patricia for five nights on our summer stay cation. The hospitality we received from Patricia and Ray was excellent. Our two teenage daughters particularly loved the beautiful fresh breakfast with choices of full Irish fry, vegetarian hot breakfast, omelette, freshly made pancakes (big favourite) plus cereals and juices etc. The rooms were immaculately clean and all covid hygiene procedures were in place throughout the Lodge. We would highly recommend Two Mile Lodge and we will definitely be back again. A home away from home in a lovely location.
