Myself, my cousin , my grandmother and my mother stayed here Thursday 13th and Friday 14th of August. We had a very enjoyable stay. Marjorie was a lovely woman and her cooking was amazing. It was in a really lovely part of the county. Throughly enjoyed my stay.

Stayed in Brigown b&b last night and from start to finish our experience there was excellent. Marjorie was extremely welcoming and tea and coffee were offered on arrival. Our room was spacious, extremely clean, bright and we had fabulous views of the river. We were given a menu of breakfast opinions which would put any good hotel to shame. Her...

Last night I stayed at my first B & B. Unfortunately for all the others, it was at Brigown B&B in Ballina, because I'm sure that no other will ever measure up to it. Marjorie is a lovely hostess. She greeted us upon arrival with a pot of tea and a plate of homemade ginger bread, cookies and an amazing...

A warm and genuine welcome from the ebullient hostess. Tea and cake were on offer as soon as we arrived. Comfortable, clean and quiet with a fantastic breakfast menu full of Marjorie's home cooking. Lovely view over the River Mayo from the sitting room.

We just happened upon this bed and breakfast by chance and I have to say we had a lovely stay. Our room overlooked the beautiful river, the hosting was excellent and we had a beautiful breakfast . Would def recommend good value too especially as we were in the town for the end of the annual salmon festival .

We had a really nice stay in Marjorie's home. We know now what "Home, sweet home" means. We enjoyed the cooking lessons, and Marjorie gave good advises about activities, restaurant and places to see around Ballina. This lodge is quiet, just near the river... And what can we say about the BREAKFAST: amazing! Gilles & Co

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and would definitely recommend it! The rooms were comfortable and the service was warm and friendly with a fantastic view overlooking the water. I can honestly say the breakfast would be hard to beat in any good hotel. I've no doubt we will return in the future!

Marjorie is an exceptional hostess. While checking us in, she took the time to talk with us about our interests. I have been training for a marathon and Marjorie introduced me to her daughter, Rachel, who was visiting from France. Rachel happened to be an adventure runner. She took me on the most scenic guided run I have ever experienced...
