Have just had a lovely 2 day break here in the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Disabled facilities are excellent. Me and my mum stayed in room 165, a lovely big room overlooking the promenade. Food in the restaurant and bar was gorgeous. The ladies in the spa were also first class...

Brilliant hotel with a lounge downstairs. Rooms are a bit dated and the room information said there was sky news but all the channels were mixed up. The staff were fantastic however there is one receptionist who was rather rude and lacked any eye contact with guests. The food was amazing and the ambience of the restaurant was first class....

Our weekend in Bundoran was made so much better by a lovely guy at reception. Ciaran who works the night shift went above and beyond to help us get a taxi back to our accommodation. The staff are amazing and I would highly recommend, even if it is just a quick pop in!

Just back from a pretty disappointing stay for 2 nights BB1D for 2 adults3children. I'll start with the positive which is the kids club, kids really enjoyed the variety of activities and the staff are very good with kiddies especially Andrew. On a not-so-positive note, the leisure centre needs alot of work. My son got glass in his foot in...
